So for Easter I decided to treat myself to some donuts but where from? Local? Blue Star? Side Car? I decided to do Randy's in Santa Monica. Apple Fritter, raised crumb and their version of a Cronut. All for under $9 and all delicious, fresh and I really enjoyed all three. Classic donuts and flavor made for a perfect choice.

Walked in at 6pm wanted a dozen and i asked which ones are the freshest? The server told me all the donuts were made this morning. Seriously you have the audacity to charge 4 bucks a donut thats been sitting around for 11 hours? That is your standard? You actually take pride in this? Wow you sure dont deserve any stars...

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! We had them delivered and not only were we missing donuts, but we paid a $6 delivery fee and $4 tip. The box is sealed, so the delivery driver is not at fault and was gone before we could check the box. We tried calling the number they leave in case of issues, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a live person. Every option leads to a VM box that says they will get back to you in 1 to 2 business days. Unreal. So we were charged for donuts we did not get, delivery fee, tip, etc. $25 for 5 donuts. Their customer service is F-
Love their classic, yeast-raised glazed donuts. Got the regular and texas sized and regardless of size, they were fluffy, sweet, and perfect with coffee. Although they are deep fried and smothered in glaze, they didn't feel heavy or overwhelming. Great price and quality.

5 stars for Customer Service 5 stars for delicious donuts Obviously Randy's donuts are some of the best in town...light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness! But this location also has great customer service! John was super sweet and helpful! I would go back there again just because of his service!!!

Randy's provides consistently good donuts with a wide selection. I highly recommend getting the Randy's donut "rounds" forlarge orders, parties or office snacks since there are a large variety and are the perfect size for snacking (not as large as their donuts and not as small as normal donut holes).
