I was really disappointed with the Pad Thai — the noodles were very greasy, had no flavor, and there was no sauce. I called to explain that the meal was poorly cooked and inedible, but the chef refused to accept my feedback, simply stating that he cooked it and added tofu, completely avoiding my complaint. When I asked for a refund, he insisted I bring the food back. Overall, customer service was poor and dismissive and I threw $20 in the trash

DOWN GRADE. The sushi used to be so good here. You can tell by the first look that it not the same place it used to be. They use low quality fish compared to few years ago back. The sauce is completely different now. NEVER COMEBACK HERE AGAIN

1 star is for takeout/Delivery. They don’t care about YOU! Their dishes are incredibly salty. I’ve had good experiences dining in yet multiple negative experiences with delivery due to RUDENESS. FORGET getting hot sauce or chopsticks no matter how nice of note you write. THEIR RUDENESS overrides any positive things they may have going for them! I will never dine in nor order pick up or delivery again from this restaurant.
The take out person was very rude. I’ve been going here for years and the last few times the take out person (female) was not cheerful but this time she was very rude and not willing to correct my take out order. Telling me I didn’t say to put an item on the side when I did. Basically calling me a liar. She never offered to correct my take out order just kept telling me I never said to put an item on the side. There are many Thai restaurants in LA so I will never ever eat at Rize again. Very very disappointing!

Didn’t care for the crispy rice or white fish tempura roll sadly. Only really liked the baked salmon roll, which had more avocado than salmon. If you’re stopping for just a bite, this place is fine.
