Delicious! Best Ice Cream in santa monica

I really wanted to love this place as it’s our local neighborhood ice cream shop. However, each time I’ve gone in I’ve been let down. This most recent trip, I ordered a sundae. They had forgotten to make the chocolate sauce so needed to wait to make a new batch — no big deal. However, they left my ice cream sitting on the counter for the 10 minutes it took to heat up. I was shocked to see that they put the hot fudge right on top and handed me ice cream soup. Each time I visit, I have a comprable experience to this. Sadly, I will not be back.

Each flavor is amazing. The fresh mint patty milk base is made by steeping it with fresh mint leaves for over 24 hours. Dont forget to add a chilly dog for your doggos.

Kid-friendliness: They had a special kid deal when we went that included 2 toppings/sauces and the employees were very kind and patient with the kids.

I called on the phone if it was okay we would be there 5 min after they close and they said it was okay. We got there and they didn’t let my 10 year old boys in. We were literally standing at the door but the handle was locked. They kept giving us thumbs down signs. Milk chocolate chunk is the best flavor and my favorite ice cream ever. The work that sent us away was Asian and with orange glasses(Roris)
