These are the worst. I mean the worst vehicles I've ever eaten in my life. There's like eating raw dough. No flavor starchi looks like a pump errand to it. It's so ridiculously chewy, even with the different flavor bagels. It's like eating sugar and bread. With the air pumped into it, I highly do not recommend Sam's bagels. There are so many other bagel stories in l a that are much much better

The Lox Sandwich was one of the best I have ever tasted. Will go back for more.

Great, always fresh bagels. The breakfast sandwiches are also great and priced to move. Don't go too late since they essentially want to sell out of their bagels.

Quick, easy, no nonsense stop to grab a bagel. Their bagels always taste fresh and they have a decent beverage selection as well. While the Lox sandwich at Sam's isn't the best lox sandwich I've ever had, they do serve consistently good sandwiches. They typically have no line and you get your order in minutes. There is also a small seating area inside, and on the sidewalk outside if you want to sit down to munch. Sam's Bagels has definitely been a nice addition to Montana Ave.

This is one of the few places my family regularly suggests when we're thinking of what to eat for breakfast or brunch. It was the first place we took our international guests from Asia recently. Although there have been a few times when there was not enough Strawberry cream cheese to justify paying extra for flavored cream cheese, or cream cheese at all, overall this place is consistently delicious and worth the drive and price. We tend to get a flavor of bagel that goes with Strawberry Cream Cheese, and a breakfast sandwich. My wife and I split them so we both get some of each. Suits both of us fine. My daughter gets her own bagel with Strawberry and finishes it off herself. My son and I often get the lox sandwich too. A very good example of it. One thing I don't get there is coffee. I like espresso drinks, or pour overs. We often get the food here and go down the street for the coffees. A lot of coffee options nearby. I think that's not a drawback to this place though. It's kind of nice to visit more than one business.

Decent everything bagel and cream cheese. Prices are really good and bagels are ready fast if you're in a rush!

Really good, fluffy bagels. A light and airy bake. Quite large in size and a great deal for the money. They offer sandwiches too. Limited seating. Take it to-go.

In Europe, governments enforce standards of food quality. In America, anybody can call anything "a bagel". And as a result, most of the bagels I encounter are simply rolls shaped into a ring. No crunch, no dense texture. Sam, however, makes bagels that are decently dense. They may not stand up to New York or Montreal bagels, but this side of the Mississippi, they are among the best I encountered. I especially recommend his sourdough bagels, which are hard to find. The service was efficient, and the 2.50 a bagel this is a good deal. I would recommend, however, getting rid of the automatic tip option, which is an insult. Nobody should be tipped for handing you a bagel. Employers should pay their employees living salaries, and not expect the customers to do that.Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian and vegan options.

Personally, I think all other locations are better than this. The woman in the back who makes a Bagels doesn't have a good smear game. She puts a weak amount of cream cheese on. All the other locations have men in the back and they put a good amount. I mean this is coming from a woman, so take it how you want but I recommend other locations. Or the lady just needs to step up her cream cheese game. There are bagels are the closest you're going to get to a New York bagel in LA so I would recommend.

The bagels just aren't that good. I've been a dozen times since it's near west I live, but I find the bagels sadly underwhelming. Hopefully they improve, because a great bagel spot on Montana would be ideal.

Got there late in the day, so minimal selection. Bagels we got and brought home were good. Our sandwiche was great

Great bagel but horrible service. Every time we order delivery they get the order wrong.

First time trying Sam's. I Picked up two bagels early today, both bagels were stale and hard, with little or no flavor.

I can only review the bagels and plain cream cheese as have not tried their sandwiches. Have been here a few times for bagels to go and everyone really liked them including me. The cream cheese was nicely whipped and fresh tasting. Folks behind the counter have always been friendly.
