Asked for milkshakes, but was told they were not making them. Ordered an ice cream then, when I picked it up, saw milkshakes being prepared. When I inquired about it, a lady was upset and yelled at me...anyway...the ice cream was not that bad. If you can, go someplace

Hands down this is the best place to grab a funnel cake on the Santa Monica pier. Quick service and the funnel cakes are hot and fresh. There’s nothing better than sitting on the pier, enjoying the sunset, and eating a funnel cake topped with strawberries and cream. Don’t believe me? Go try it for yourself!!

For a place that’s consistently visited by tourists from all over the world, you’d hope they’d want to impress the people spending their money in this business and attempt to keep it clean, but it’s VERY average and quite disgustingly dirty. For my personal opinion, it’s not somewhere I’d go out of my way to stop. The worse part about this place is the employees who actually do the work and deal with customers with personalities in every category aren’t allowed to keep the tips given by customers! Management distributes the tips amongst themselves, my advice: if you want to waste money on a overpriced grocery store ice cream with rodent feces on your toppings, enjoy! ? other than that, I do not recommend this place because of its unfairness to employees and cleanliness of the business.

I’m 100% sure that I saw a rat!!!Someone should definitely look into them for sanitation and violating federal law. They don’t allow their employees to discuss pay, situations such as write ups, or keep the tips. Upper management takes all the tips and if an employee tries to argue or keep them, it’s grounds for termination.

Worst ice cream I have ever eaten

The mint chocolate ice cream tastes amazing! The lady called Ana suggested it and it was my best decision so far.

Great ice cream, decent price for the location and the cute girl from the Czech Republic handing out the ice cream gave us extra!
