I had an amazing time at this Japanese izakaya Shiru-bei at Santa Monica. Every dish was fresh and full of flavor, and the drinks were excellent as well. The staff was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience very enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy and authentic, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy great food. I highly recommend this spot and would definitely come back again!
What an amazing Japanese pub, the food was just super tasty! The corn 🌽 butter, incredible, the fatty blue fin sashimi- melt in your mouth. Pork belly taco, umami! Great selection of saki and beer! 🍺

Incredible everything. Have to get the corn ribs. Their take on an old fashioned was also phenomenal. Don't think I had an unsatisfying bite in 12 plates, can't recommend enough
