I used to work here back in 2016 so I may be biased, but this is the classic spot on the pier that remains nostalgic for lots of people.

Great milkshakes, great ice-cream and cute seating if you want to catch a break. Can get super busy and at times the workers can get overwhelmed at times but patience is a virtue. The inside can get noisy with the carousel ride but they have outside seats too

Kids scoop is the perfect size for most believe it or not, good budget option too

Such a cute place! There was only one employee working, but he was efficient, had great customer service, and the atmosphere was super cute! Fun experience 😊

With all the great options around the pier I'd put this lower on my list. The portions are alright but the service wasn't good and I had been charged extra for an item I didn't receive.

Normally a good place to get ice cream, but today the toasted almond tasted salty and sour, when I asked for an exchange (still was a full ice cream), they said they would charge me and that’s how it’s supposed to taste? Tasted nothing like toasted almonds. Kids have no customer service.

This place was incredible when I went here! Though I always get ice cream the ice cream was good! Ignore all of those 1 star reviews since all of those are from more than 2 years ago! There is even a carosel in there (sorry for bad spelling)!

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in there because you just have to stroll in there.

Popped in for something refreshing as we'd had a busy day in the hot sun. It was quite nice to have the carosel going on the inside so it felt more carnival and typical seaside.
They were quite busy with take-away windows, but the staff also seemed more bothered talking to each other than serving inside where we were.
Regardless of service the ice-cream milkshake we had was delicious and would recommend it.

I have never been to this location, but I had to leave a 5 star review for the amazing help of Alexandra. My daughter visited the shop while on her band trip for the Rose Parade and left her crossbody purse behind. Alexandra, THANK YOU for all of your help. I'm 1700+ miles away, but if I ever get out to Santa Monica I will be making a stop in. ❤️

I paid $6.75 for a waffle cone and barely got one scoop of ice cream. I was so irritated that I just trashed it.

Fresh Ice Cream that shares space with a Carousel! ?So wonderful. This is at the bottom of the ramp at the Santa Monica Pier. You can make it your first stop or your last.The Carousel is absolutely beautiful and the ice cream was creamy and fresh.Would love to come back again.
