Very kind, allowing people to use their restrooms without the hassle. Aren't judgemental but also not quite on it when it comes to getting orders correct. Overall they seem to try an be friendly.Parking: Always open spots in the parking lot. Convenient and they are cool about you getting a drink and kicking back in your car for a sec.

Mamma Mia!Howard Schultz wake up. This Starbucks has NO outlets. I repeat, there are NO outlets to charge laptop or ur phone phone and we're talking about Starbucks... Unfortunately this is one of the slowest Starbuck locations in the area . Whether it's drive through or walk in , it's always the same experience. The service? I guess it depends on what day you go because it's not consistent. My order is always made wrong , literally every time and I don't understand why it's such a simple order. I try to avoid this location just because I'm disappointed every time.

Do not make eye contact, do not attempt to ask any questions, they will be perceived as threatening. Just stick to the app, or roll the dice with ordering at the register. I used to like this location it was warm and inviting, now it's impersonal, lacks hospitality. I feel like I was punished for asking a question with a poorly made drink.

Run by a bunch of kids so if they make you're drink wrong come at your own risk, because YOU are wrong.Cafe Vanilla Frappuccino is made with Vanilla bean and its a coffee based drink (its not vanilla bean frapp with some coffee). And it is most certainly not made with vanilla Syrup. Its says so in their website, its written so in the recipe.The most basic drink and it gets made wrong each time, just because they don't want to use the scoop of vanilla bean powder.The worst part is when you tell the Baristas and they lie about it. All you have to do is look at the bottom of the drink and the vanilla beans will sit there, so its physically visible when they don't use the powder. Yet they still lie OR they tell you that ONLY the vanilla bean frap uses that powder.Just make the drink right the first time if you hate doing them so much.

I usually leave a buck when I grab a coffee before going in to work. but this time I was hungry and ordered a (horrible) breakfast sandwich and the bill was over $11 so... I decided to skip the tip this time. WTH was with the bandaged hostility all of a sudden. cashier left my purchase on red so it began to beep loudly. so much so, I had to ask for a receipt. There was only one other person in the store yet one of the team members decided that it was a good idea to come at my feet with a broom, quite aggressively, I might add. To the point where I felt the need to take a step back while he aggressively swept where I prevIously stood. And they never called my name once my drink was ready. Shame on you people! You're paid to take my order and make my food and drink! I don't have to always leave a tip! McDonald's has better food and better service. Good luck with that bandaged hostility!
