Major accident waiting to happen. Attendants unable to simply walk the cars into the queue. Asked the manager several times to address this. Called customer service twice. Nothing. My order was questioned at drive thru pickup window after paying. The second drink was incorrect and tasted like 👎 . Once my drink arrived I tasted and guess what? It was bland with absolutely no espresso shot mostly syrup and tons of ice. Mediocre quality and service but the good news is the place was clean.
I bought coffee. I wanted to use the toilet. They didn't let me use it.

I do strictly drive thru for this Starbucks, on the weekends. The line moves fast for the most part, and the service is very good. BONUS: this Starbucks is piloting a sustainability/environmental effort - all drinks (even iced) are served in cups made of paper (even the lids). I wish more Starbucks did this,
