It is a very clean and well run business, with good products. I just don't like the sometimes super 'woke' atmosphere and attitude of some patrons.

This Starbucks inside the Vons is always top notch. There's a ton of locations near the beach but I usually get off on Lincoln and drive down from the freeway to get my drink.I wish the service matched the quality of drinks they made. Two ppl behind the counter and neither one of them gave off good vibes.I guess when choosing the taste over personality I'd rather have the taste I suppose.

Starbucks doesn't seem to care about its customers under a certain income bracket so I don't care about Starbucks because I'm in that bracket.

I don't like to write negative reviews, but this Starbucks has the absolute worst service of the hundreds of Starbucks locations I have visited across the country. The only reason I've given this location a few chances to get things right is because it is located within walking distance of my home. After today's experience, however, I will never again visit this Starbucks. The store nearly always has only one employee, which means you will wait more than 30 minutes if there are three or four people in front of you. But today, there were only two people in front of me so I figured it wouldn't take that long. Wrong. It was 45 minutes from the time I got in line until I walked out the door with my coffee. The only employee working there was literally reading instructions on how to make each customer's drink. I actually considered offering to run the cash register so he could focus on making the drinks, but I'm not sure that would've helped. Very sad because Pavillions recently renovated the store so it looks really nice... but the service is so bad I'd rather drink a coffee from 7-11.
