Awful experince!! I ordered a medium latte and they gave me one in an small cup but they still charged me for a medium. Cause they said "they dont " have medium cups. It was pretty obvious than they want to get rid of the Christmas cups. Charge more for less!!! very annoying situation and the baristas gave me a weird excuses.

The gal working behind the counter seemed very focused on chores when I arrived. I stood there for a while before she acknowledged me. She wasn't particularly friendly or talkative, but I'm still gonna give 4 stars because my Irish cream cold brew was on point.

I love Starbucks and this one was particularly warm and cozy. People very friendly and non hurried.
High quality amazing coffee. The coffee is very strong caffeine wise. I got one half decaf Sumatra and 1/2 hazelnut with cream and no sugar. Absolutely delicious combination. The tea they have is very good and they add fresh mint upon request. The vegan Donuts they sell are very delicious. The employees are the best

This is the worst Starbucks. It's a joke. It's in a vons. The mornings consist of all of the vons employees in line getting their coffees before their shifts. The service is so slow. The fact that Starbucks closed their stand alone store and left this store in its place tells you how poorly Starbucks is ran. I've switched to Phil's now which is a shame because I was here every morning. But I cannot have mornings here like I have had recently where I am waiting for at times nearly 10 minutes for a simple coffee.

The coffee with pastry is delicious & what more can u ask? They give u free WiFi 😊 not every business does that, plus u can charge up ur phone, connect ur laptop or tablet, people it's a good place to visit with ur girlfriend or boyfriend... I know I would even if I go alone lol!!! I recommend this place ok 😂😄😊
