Order wrong EVERY TIME.Also, they don't tell you when they're using substitution ingredients, so if your macchiato taste like apple cider....

Awful experince!! I ordered a medium latte and they gave me one in an small cup but they still charged me for a medium. Cause they said "they dont " have medium cups. It was pretty obvious than they want to get rid of the Christmas cups. Charge more for less!!! very annoying situation and the baristas gave me a weird excuses.

Imelda makes the best coffee in the land. I've tried all the local Starbucks. She also is very attentive. I come everyday and she doesn't do the I'm too busy cleaning to acknowledge a customer like many Starbucks. Even when it's slammed and she's alone she takes care of the customer first.

Based on my positive experience this morning, this Starbucks has successfully addressed the rude customer service and unclean environment issues mentioned in prior reviews. The woman who served me could not have been nicer or more attentive, and everything was clean.

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND STARBUCKS!!! I was going to say "meh" since I don't really care for Starbucks. I mean, I've been there a few times, and it was fine. But I never really felt like they had some "WOW" factor that made them stand out from the rest of the coffee shops. But, I do like the snowman and the fact that they offer a selection of different kinds of teas. They also are open all day long which is nice if you get a craving for a cup of coffee in the middle of the night.

The gal working behind the counter seemed very focused on chores when I arrived. I stood there for a while before she acknowledged me. She wasn't particularly friendly or talkative, but I'm still gonna give 4 stars because my Irish cream cold brew was on point.

Who is managing this Starbucks?! I have tried on multiple occasions to grab a Mocha on my way to work from this location and I encounter the same issues every time: Long Lines Slow Service Rude Employees Imagine my surprise (sarcasm) when I looked on Yelp, that I see the aforementioned 3 issues are mentioned over and over again, and yet nothing has been done to address it obviously because today 11/19/2019 I just encountered it! Suggestions: 1.)Hire more staff one working the espresso machine making drinks, and one who will acknowledge your presence when waiting and take orders. 2.) Allow this location to accept mobile orders.

Laura Falcon was rude. Smiled at her and she gave me a frown. I asked her a question about the drinks I ordered and she responded with an attitude. On top of that, she didn't fill the drinks all the way up. I don't understand why employees are so rude.

Meliza at the Starbucks is a rockstar!!!! She made my drink exactly how I liked it. She was extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Her customer service skills are EXCELLENT. I will definitely be coming back thanks to her.
