This is a great Starbucks location! The team greeted me with a “welcome” as soon as my son and I walked through the door, which felt so hospitable.
Easy ordering. Fair prices. It was $14 for a pack of almonds, coffee beverage and spinach feta wrap. Clean restaurant despite this being a high-traffic area on Wilshire Boulevard!
And thank you to Sevenah for the friendly message on my cup! Efficient pick-up system led by Lynn. Everyone was smiling and working well together. This is clearly an awesome team!
Pro Tips: - There is a variety of seating options, including counter and tabletop - Ask for a ceramic mug or plate it you’re dining in!

Just put the drinks on the counter so we can grab them. They hide the online order drinks behind the counter and no one acknowledges you. My drink was just sitting there for 5 minutes before I was able to flag down a barista.

Waited at the register for a minute or so while three people stood there and were talking to one another without evening being greeted. The manager was rude and then got on me for not asking for water in my original order because he said it messes with their inventory if I ask for it in separate orders. Understand but that's not how you speak with a customer or information you need to be providing. Very understaffed too. I waited ten minutes for a drink because 1 person was making all of them. Bad business and service at this location.

I waited 17 minutes for coffee. Just a small cup. And there were not many people.
Go to any other Starbucks, any other coffee shop,or better yet, La Monarca Cafe right up the road. This place is not it.

I come to Starbucks for breakfast, and a second cup of coffee. Sometimes a third cup.
And YOUR coffee makes me come back 2-3 more times to bathroom.
And when your staff tells me I need to buy smth before I can use bathroom I say that it’s your coffee came back. And then I need to take those looks from the staff. I guess I will consider to redirect my budget to a nicer place.

Please provide an update on the situation regarding the 11-year-old who was allegedly told by a barista to “go back to your country.” If this claim is untrue, we urge you to clarify it publicly.
There is a Facebook group called LA Mommies, where the child’s mother is posting about this. Meanwhile, other Jewish moms in the group are encouraging each other to leave negative reviews for this business everywhere.
Please set the record straight—are these claims truthful, or is this misinformation? We all deserve to know the truth. I gave you 5 star because I’m 100% sure that this is not true.
P.S. those poor kids are making up stories because they repeatedly hear these things at home, especially after Kanye West’s ad during the Super Bowl.
