At op Blvd in Santa Monica Gabriella’s kindness went over and above. The patron behind me was extremely rude to me for asking a question instead of fast ordering. While I waited for my order Gabriella called mw over, apologized for the rude patron and I now am so happy for the rest of my day. Thank you Gabriella!!!

Santa Monica is the most inhospitable city I have ever visited. There are NO outlets in the coffee shops. The employees explained that it is because of the unhoused population. I think Starbucks thought this was an understandable concept for its customers but it’s actually pretty gross. This was the second location I visited in the area while here. The employees here are amazing and accommodating. I wish Starbucks had the same ethics as their employees.

It's national coffee day so I thought of stopping by at Starbucks. Unfortunately, they weren't offering anything on that day, but Sharlyn (might have misspelled it) gave me free coffee and a donut. Thanks so much!!

Kind workers, no outlets though :-( perhaps it's a Covid related things, but don't come here to work when your wifi is down like me!

This was by far one of the rudest Starbucks that I have been to. First off, no greeting when we walked up to the counter. I asked a question, and the girl stared at me blankly. It took over 10 minutes to get the order, no crowd, and there were 3 people there. When my order came up, Vanessa, rudely called my name and put our drinks down. When we asked for sugar, she smirked and then put it down. Her and another worker laughed while we asked a question. I have never left a Starbucks so annoyed for having given an establishment my money.

Chanell was one of the most helpful baristas she directed my blind wife to the table brought our order to us we were having issues today with payment due to card and she bought us and our three year-old son a breakfast burrito and croissant she truly went above and beyond and brought my legally blind wife to tears with her generosity she deserve to be recognized for her generosity and excellent customer service this was the first Starbucks I have visited since moving to CaliforniaKid-friendliness: Very friendly environmentParking: Parking was quick and easy located in the back of the store easy in easy outWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to get to the store available near the parking area

I was in the store and one of the female employees sounded sick. Lo and behold; I come down with the 'Rona 4 days later! Starbucks, I hope you investigate this and instruct management to tell employees to STAY HOME when they are sick until they fully recover. They get Covid pay anyway!

Jasmine and the team at this Starbucks are the nicest and hardest working Starbucks team members I have ever seen. Jasmine often is handling a good sized crowd with amazing kindness, speed, accuracy, and phenomenal service often with just one co worker!!! My favorite local store!!!

One of the worst experiences I've had at a Starbucks. Found out the guy at the bar who served me was the manager. 5'6" ish chubby dark curly hair. Clearly doesn't know how to make customers feel welcome, with a less than pleasant attitude. After I got my drink, I asked another barista if the manager was in, "yeah, that's him." He pointed to the guy who served me. Sloppy dress, plain grey T-shirt, no name tag, no apron, nada, except the black Starbucks hat. Out of all my experiences at Starbucks, this was the most unpleasant and unprofessional. I get that people have bad days, but I could tell by this guy's attitude, this is his norm. Not good.
