I ordered something to have permission to use the restroom and after being completely indirect on whether i could actually use the restroom still escaped to the backroom to now answer me. Some person named Christopher. Highly disappointed in the service here. Immediately after i got my pick up for uber eats. Never been disappointed before at a Starbucks. Snobby place.

Go to this Starbucks instead. Was having a Total Case of the Mondays. Came in for a caffeine fix. Folks working were super nice, even chatted a bit. That's just as important, if not more than the coffee itself. ššš 2 thumbs up guys!

i go to starbucks everyday, sometimes twice a day for the past 8 years+ and i have never witnessed such rude treatment from starbucks employees or such a bad macchiato made. if the employees weren't as rude as they were, it could have been fixed but here i am. 0/10 never this location again. this entire team needs complete training on how to make an iced caramel macchiato and how to talk to people.

Always fresh coffees from its āCLOVERā machine is another reason to make this Starbucks different than the others. Fast and friendly baristas and beautiful atmosphere just misses an open air outdoor sitting area.
Ordered Mocha Grande hot with whip cream. Took for ever to get it. Slowest employees I have ever experienced. When I got my coffee, no whip cream. I asked her to put it on. The answer I got was āone minuteā. She was not doing anything else. What was the one minute for. Finally when she did put it on, she shoved my coffee cup towards me and spilled my coffee. What an attitude for not doing her job. Absolutely pathetic people. If they donāt like their job, they should not be there.
