Today at 3:50 I went to Starbucks to buy coffee and asked the manager for the bathroom code to wash my hands.He said you have to buy first and then I will give you the code. FYI...This store is for pick up only..very small..no restroom...only 2 people working...no seating...
Good service..convenient....is you have to go to the bathroom dont stop here..

This gets the award for worst Starbucks in existence. The staff is HORRIBLE !!!! I showed up pregnant and begged to use their restroom before I peed on their floor and everyone including manager said me being pregnant in their restroom was a liability !!!!! I said I would show proof of health insurance and the manager literally said “I don’t care. And yes you are a liability”
DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE DIME !!!!!!!!!

The service provided was below the expected standards. Upon receiving my beverage, I noticed the absence of a protective sleeve. I attempted to locate an employee for assistance, but they were nowhere to be found. As I was leaving with my drink, an employee emerged from the back and displayed an unfriendly demeanor. I politely informed her about the missing sleeve, and she simply grabbed one and handed it to me without any further acknowledgment. Additionally, my beverage was incorrectly prepared. This was my third unsatisfactory experience at this particular location. Consequently, I will no longer be visiting this establishment and will advise my acquaintances against doing so as well. The recurring issue of encountering employees with negative attitudes at this location raises concerns about their overall job satisfaction.

Chill vibe upon entering. I enjoyed my quick visit with the friendly staff. A bit disappointing there were no typical chairs to sit on but it was a great quick stop to grab a coffee! Glad it was there.

Millie, Marisol, and Alex are the absolute best. The nicest baristas who go above and beyond to make you a fire drink. They remember the locals and make the Main Street community feel welcome. Btw, this is a pickup location meaning you order ahead and come in to pickup it’s not a sit down cafe. If you don’t like that then go to a full service Starbucks it’s not their fault lol. Go Millie, Marisol, and Alex!!!
