I typically have very good experiences with this Starbucks, but this was not the case today. First, I was in an arguement over my place in line and the staff did nothing to assist the situation. Secondly, I told the person taking my order TWICE to put no caffeine in my drink, yet I still got a drink with caffeine. I am very disappointed with this experience.

I've been going to this location for a while and they are always really pleasant. Went there the other day to get some ice water since I was shopping at Vons (it was close to 100 degrees outside). Their so called "employee of the month" was super rude. Did not say hello nor good bye. Just rolled her eyes after I asked for some water. Usually don't like to leave comments like that but really haven't across such a rude person in a while.

Sorry Starbucks. 4.95 for so little coffee and soooo much ice? If I ask for no ice...you pour the coffee out of the "other" container...already watered down...taste is gone entirely. Time to revert to 7/11 coffee..it'd real there.
