I'm here currently at 6:28 AM Tuesday January 14, 2025 during one of the worst wildfires in LA history. I'm going to ask everyone I know to patronize this location. Definitely come here to grab a coffee, frap, etc. They've been giving free beverages to local Firefighters on their way to the Palisades. I also saw one of the employees consoling a gentleman that you can tell lost everything. This has been tough on the entire community and seeing how the staff here this morning has gone above and beyond to serve others during this crisis show they're truly exceptional staff members. Thank you Starbucks staff of Santa Monica for your dedication to service.

This was the best Starbucks experience I’ve had. The staff wrote different messages in sharps on our food bags. Food was very fast, and the staff was very kind

May all the blessings hail down on this place + prosperity. (Semi joking, unless... ?)
A gentleman gave me a green tea replacement, after my favorite water bottle dropped hard for the second time that day. Idk if he could tell I was running on fumes, but he comp'd the tea out of the goodness of his heart. (The tea we spilled was not even from there!!)
We'd just had the roughest, hardest weekend & that suped up caffeine took me the rest of the distance that day.
Thanks for your kindness, stranger. It meant more than you know! (Really.)

It’s a chill Starbucks. There were many people so not too many places to sit down. They were giving waters to the homeless that came in. Nice staff.

Terrible staff, on June 11, 2024. Time 5:50 p.m., I went up to ask the employee for a coffee and at first I told her do you speak Spanish and she said yes, she started taking the order and then reacted in a derogatory and rude manner Flaunting his ignorance and with that Latina face that can never be removed, he told me, I don't speak Spanish, only English. What a laugh, poor, ignorant devil. Ignorance kills all illnesses.

This is the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. In town for a wedding and visited this location four times. Not a single time in four did they get the order correct. Constantly forgetting orders. When asking for a drip coffee, was served hot water because the barista just didn’t notice. Guy behind the counter looks unbelievably high. This location is an absolute mess.

Came on to get something to drink before jury duty. Clean store and employees were great and welcoming. They didn't appear to be reading from s script like other Starbucks. Lol.Food and coffee was Starbucks quality for better or worse. Consistent is the word. ?
