Staff here are good-humored, kind and caring. Which makes visiting a lovely experience. There are also excellent accommodations for special needs folks. However. While we are delighted to see Eggnog Latte back for the first time in years, this iteration is deeply disappointing. Regrettably, it's made with some mix-- “Eggnog Sweet Powder Component”--and the flavor can only be called what it is: synthetic. Message to the folks in Seattle: JUST. USE. EGGNOG.

Ordered my coffee at 1:07
Receipt # 70920096 for Amin
For an Iced Caramel Macchiato
1:17 they give me a vanilla frapp, and argue with me about my order. I leave and tell I’m gonna come back to get my order. I come in at 1:40 they are still not ready with my order it’s 1:45 as I’m writing this and they still were trying to give me a frap when I had showed em and told em my order. No apologies no concerns or consession just rude and slow service terrible very terrible

Chubby dude in glasses was mean and tight since he didn’t like my tip. Stop hiring children and hire actual adults that won’t get mad over a low tip lol. Do better.

This morning I had the chance to enjoy an amazing neighborhood experience at the Starbucks on Montana in Santa Monica, CA! It’s almost like a “feel-good” movie! So many people come in for their pre-orders, some with dogs for their whipped cream “pup cups”, many with little children enjoying star stickers on their hands, or pre-school pencil packages. The
Baristas seem to know everyone. Everyone knows and often hugs them. It’s wonderful! I watched it unfold for two hours! Someone in the management of Starbucks should give some kind of recognition and/or an award for this extraordinary Starbucks location.

Amazing atmosphere, great employees, hard-working people. Love coming here to study, do some work, or have a great conversation with the baristas. Very well managed.

Having to wait 10 minutes for a cafe latte not the best experience. Especially because all online orders get priority. Screw that!

New staff new management much better than before, some staff are better than others.
Lots of dogs and people who bathe in fragrance.
Mostly crowded between 10 am and 2 pm. Weekends are crowded all day.

Recommended dishes: Bacon & Gruyère Egg Bites

The bathrooms are disgusting. Starbucks locations seem to be getting increasingly run-down, with less upkeep and renovation. It is sad to see a lack of reinvestment in existing stores for such an iconic brand.

We already know the quality of coffee is mediocre at best, but the newer alternative coffee shops will continue to give Starbucks a run for its money.
