Beware if you try to use a discount coupon. My wife and I tried to present the discount coupons and every time without fail they refused at the cash register for all kinds of excuses, mainly "this sandwich is not included in the discount" although the coupon says otherwise.This is fraud.Once they participate in the program, they must go by the program details, and the limitations are written on the coupon.Also, the staff is unpleasant, like doing us a favor. So we will never use that location again. Other locations accept the coupons with no difficulties. We like the one on 11870 Santa Monica Blvd near S Westgate. The staff is very nice, and accommodating.

The new food cover take away the transparency it limits visibility that a costumer is supposed to have there is no way to check on the amount and portions that the workers serve or the Freshness of the meats I get it, it needs to get cover. But it should have clear cover that does not limit the view.

I'm a regular at Subways both for breakfast and launch sandwiches. Typically, the experience is quick, solid and friendly. I also typically do not write a review for Subways etc but in this case, I felt I need to write one before even finishing my (to-go) sandwitch.When I walked in, the place looked clean, organized and even possibly new. I had good expectation when I saw the fresh look of the place. All the expectations went away as soon as I had to deal with Griselle (I think that is the correct spelling), the person helping me behind the counter. All I can say, she should not be in the "service Biz" helping customers. The short fuse, redness and attitude does not belong the counter, any counter. Griselle, tried to over sell me to sandwiches I did not want (+33% more meat etc). It seems that this happened to other people based not he reviews here. I'll finish my skimpy sandwich and won't be back to this location. I'll subway my way to other locations hoping to avoid additional Griselles...

Went today to get the fresh sliced deli sandwich. False advertisement. The meat is sliced in the morning and sits all day. So 6 pm looks no longer fresh. This is why I go to jersey mikes. Thanks for the reminder
Ordered food 15 min before arriving came to location finding out my sub wasn't ready and everyone else was being taken care of. I never complain about this but corporate needs to step it up they're short staff only two employees working.

For in-person ordering, I can't say much because I haven't been for quite some time, but I don't recommend ordering for pickup. The options for custom build your own sandwiches are very limited in terms of bread and toppings. There is a toasted option which was on for all of our sandwiches, but when we picked up our food, none of them were toasted. Other than that, the sandwiches tasted normal.
