They added a 20% tip to my order without telling me. Absolutely repulsive behavior. Contact corporate and of course, no one reached back to me.
Do not go to this location. Save yourself the money

A multi million dollar company like Subway should be able to afford paying normal wages to their employees instead of 2$ per hour. They shouldn't depend on the goodwill of the customers. What a bizarre system. In Europe this would be forbidden.
My cousin who is wheelchair bound disabled sent me with her EBT to go get a sandwich for her. She told me that this location has accepted her EBT each time she’s went but the lady making the sandwich was rude off rip and was rushing through the sandwich making then at the end I told her 5 times it was EBT & it kept declining. Thinking my cousin didn’t have enough money, I called & saw that her balance was more than enough to pay for her meal. I came back & even asked the lady if she did the EBT, she just looked blankly at me and told me to try again. I did, & after 3 more times of being declined she goes “well what are you paying with? Because we don’t take EBT here.” I told her “I told you more than 3 times it was EBT & you said nothing to me” she just said “we’ve never taken EBT here” I told her that they have previously and she just said “no we haven’t, ever” so I left the stuff there obviously, I came back and told my cousin & my cousin called to speak to the manager & she was told “there is no manager here only the owner and he’s only here on Friday’s” like really?? Even if my cousin was wrong about the EBT thing, your workers need to pay attention, be more polite and aware. Which btw I know my cousin wasn’t wrong because it’s the only one she can push herself too. Ridiculous lol
This Subway store is the best in town. So far, the sandwiches we buy here are the most amazing sandwich ever eaten. I reccomend this place for anyone.

It's was really good nice place
I use to love this Subway, not only because it's right across the street from the office but because it use to be great. The bread at this location is always soft and fresh, that's its only positive coming out of today's visit.I ordered 2 footlong subs. One chicken teriyaki. One tuna. Incredibly simple sandwiches to prepare. I haven't touched the tuna yet, so based on the chicken teriyaki alone--- first, I asked for lettuce, extra pickles, red onions, bell peppers and extra sauce, no tomatoes. She proceeds to make my sandwich with a spinach base-- uhm, why? Ew. Never before. Never again. I asked her to remove the spinach. She kept it on. She moved along to the toppings.. added tomatoes (are you serious? I said no tomatoes.) I asked her to remove them, she kept them on. No red onions. No extra pickles overall.. on a footlong. The sauce.. oh gosh, the sauce, tasted almost as bitter as a balsamic vinaigrette and not a sweet teriyaki. I mean if there was ANY effort to make this a sandwich I would enjoy, all was failed. My partner who I split the sandwich with, after 2 bites, said, "Ew. What is this? This is terrible. Let's order a pizza."Moving on to check out. Why? Because this experience gets worse, if thats even possible. So I had a paper coupon for a Buy 1/Get 1 Free. I thought, "Amazing, let's do this!" Nope. Coupon expired yesterday. ? Okay, so that's fine. I have an app coupon for Buy 1/Get 1 50% OFF. Of course.. as in tune with this whole visit, she failed to apply my coupon. I spent $19.03 on TWO Footlong sandwiches, one of which we could not even enjoy. I know there's always room for improvement, but this wasn't even a rush hour situation. This is BAD for an experience on a Saturday afternoon.
Came here for lunch, sandwich was good but my broccoli cheddar soup was water downed, tasted bland and had little bits of broccoli stem. Either this was old soup from another day or manager neglect at work. I had broccoli cheddar soup before and is my favorite but not at this location.
