The person who made my sub didn’t put the correct ingredients and when I asked for another item they said they didn’t have it when the ingredients were right in front of us.

I went here earlier and these workers are stingy with coupons and said that a coupon I tried using for a 6” sub was invalid when nothing on the coupon indicated that it would be invalid?? So I just accepted it and let them charge 13.54 for it which seems like a scam.. And on top of that they didnt give the correct change back. My boyfriend ordered a footlong and also wanted to use a coupon for it but she immediately tried to invalidate it without even checking if he would be able to use it.. after she questioned him on what he added like that would change anything she seemed annoyed on accepting the coupon. Acting like they get payed enough to be doing all of this its not that hard to have good customer service, workers here are shitty If you want to pay fair price and receive good customer service don’t go here

Really cool place, amazing food, the service was a little bad and overall the place is good, one of the workers clearly didn't like it there as they crumbled up my money when giving me the change and she ended up giving me the wrong lid size for my soda when I asked for a large, I couldn't get her name but please, whatever you do, DO NOT PAY IN CASH

I ordered a Steak Footlong Sandwich from the Santa Monica Subway at 9:41 AM and showed up with a Subway discount code but they said the discount code was invalid and charged me $16.20. I then noticed the discount was applied when I selected the same sandwich from the app. Your employee scammed me and was uncaring and disrespectful. I don't know if I will go to Subway again.

I ordered a footlong tuna on wheat. She spreaders a thin layer of tuna to the fact that it looked like I ordered a vegetable sandwich. What is your restaurant doing? Are you rationing the meats? and hiking up the price. Shame on you!!! I will not visit your store again…

Came here to use my coupon for a free cookie with any purchase some young skinny girl with hairy arms tried to tell me I can’t use my coupon when ordering a churro I asked her can she even read English? The coupon says free cookie with any purchase then some older Asian lady immediately came and started emptying out the tip jar like I’m going to steal change total disrespect to a loyal customer just cause of a one dollar cookie. I will never go back to this lame subway full of broke people running it
