I ordered a set meal that included chips, but when I added a cookie, the male employee did not give me the chips and increased the price. This is dishonest behavior.
The receipt shows: • Burrito: $12.69 • Fountain Drink: $3.19 • Chips: $1.95 (← this item was not ordered) • Subtotal: $17.83 • Tax: $1.85 • Total: $19.68
If the chips ($1.95) are removed: • Correct Subtotal = $17.83 − $1.95 = $15.88 • Recalculated Tax = $15.88 × (1.85 ÷ 17.83) ≈ $1.65 • Correct Total = $15.88 + $1.65 = $17.53
This means you were charged $2.15 more than you should have been.

Something he could have said before he walked away to continue talking on the phone about some issue with his car

The person who made my sub didn’t put the correct ingredients and when I asked for another item they said they didn’t have it when the ingredients were right in front of us.

I went here earlier and these workers are stingy with coupons and said that a coupon I tried using for a 6” sub was invalid when nothing on the coupon indicated that it would be invalid?? So I just accepted it and let them charge 13.54 for it which seems like a scam.. And on top of that they didnt give the correct change back. My boyfriend ordered a footlong and also wanted to use a coupon for it but she immediately tried to invalidate it without even checking if he would be able to use it.. after she questioned him on what he added like that would change anything she seemed annoyed on accepting the coupon. Acting like they get payed enough to be doing all of this its not that hard to have good customer service, workers here are shitty If you want to pay fair price and receive good customer service don’t go here
Really cool place, amazing food, the service was a little bad and overall the place is good, one of the workers clearly didn't like it there as they crumbled up my money when giving me the change and she ended up giving me the wrong lid size for my soda when I asked for a large, I couldn't get her name but please, whatever you do, DO NOT PAY IN CASH

I ordered a Steak Footlong Sandwich from the Santa Monica Subway at 9:41 AM and showed up with a Subway discount code but they said the discount code was invalid and charged me $16.20. I then noticed the discount was applied when I selected the same sandwich from the app. Your employee scammed me and was uncaring and disrespectful. I don't know if I will go to Subway again.
