The most unfriendly employees I've ever seen in LA.

I came to the store on Friday, September 18th, at 9:10 AM to have breakfast. However, a Hispanic female employee who looked to be in her 50s was extremely unfriendly to me. From the moment I mentioned the menu, she seemed really annoyed and ignored both me and my friend. My friend ordered a set sandwich and a single item, and when he mentioned the Subway number, she kept asking in a dismissive tone, looking at me as if there was no way I could have one. Then she started cursing in Spanish. I ordered just one drink, but she charged me for two without any explanation, and when I asked for a refund, she said she couldn't do that. How on earth is it possible for a place like this to have such rude staff? This is the first time I've encountered such rudeness in a restaurant. Do I really have to start my day feeling like this? Is it acceptable for a food establishment in front of a school to treat students like this? Please take action. That woman ruined the start of my day.

Ive been here before
I ordered online and forgot the add lettuce. The lady behind the counter basically made me beg for lettuce. The reasoning behind this was because she pointed to the cameras and said my manager watches us….manager is this true?

After months of frequenting this subway, it has gone to ruin from the introduction of the footlong churro. The footlong churro has corrupted and slandered the once fruitful business that was housed in these green walls. Everything is smaller now, thanks to the footlong sidekicks. Thanks for the shrinkflation!!!! The wraps used to be much bigger and packed with more, now it’s just super tiny and sad. You’re better off just getting a sandwich.
Plus employees are never in a good mood. Never coming back! This is my last stop on the subway.
Bathrooms have been closed since moved here Last Year. I didn't think anything of it, till I started reading reviews. And they go WayBack! The staff is hit and miss on rudness but that's most people. If they weren't right next to a collage.. I doubt they would still be around.

The Indian person was very rude, you asked him one thing and he did what he wanted.I kindly asked him for napkins he just throw them in the register area he was very rude . I think that's not how customers should be treated. Bad service

customer service was good, but for $18 they could've put more in my wrap, I had to ask them to add more with ever Ingredient, and yet it was smaller than a bag of chips.... $50 for two tiny wraps, 2 drinks and a bag of chips?? and I'm still hungry after? wow....
Right across SMC. The place is very clean. It's fast. No wait time. Fully stocked. Great location for a quick sub. I do not recommend the soup, it is nasty.
