I'm angry enough about the quality of service I received here I haven't been back to any Subway since.
They refused to honor a coupon saying it was only good on something different from what I ordered when the coupon clearly started "any sandwich". When I asked why they said "fine, we don't take coupons. You can try again tomorrow with a different sandwich".
Asking insult to injury, there was plastic packaging in my sandwich. Someone had carelessly cut the corner off some package and it ended up in my food. I emailed corporate about both issues and received no response.

Today I decided to go get my tuna sandwich how I like it. Little did I know that I would encounter 2 of the Hispanic employees to ba awfully rude. As I was asking for my ingredients She was ignoring me and not even adding what I desire on my sandwich. They shouldn't be working there if customer service is not a priority to them. If you’re looking for Subway in the area, this location is your best choice. They are the cleanest, friendliest, and freshest you’ll get from a Subway.There is something else, though, that makes this location different from others worth noting. While they are open to the public, this location exists to serve the nearby offices and business crowd. Because of that, its hours are limited, its prices are higher, and they typically don’t participate in Subway offers and promotions.

I used to frequent this location about 1-2 times a month a few years back. Now I might go once every couple of months. Service is fine and food was fine too. I like this location because it is usually not busy, it's in a better location (compared to other nearby Subways), and staff are generally nice & quick.The reason for the lower rating is because they tend to close extremely earlier than what is posted. There hours now are 8am to 3pm. I haven't been to this location in roughly 2 years (other ventures have limited me from going here) so I don't know how they been since.But before they were open from 7am or 8am to 8pm. Many times by 4pm and even 5pm they were already closed for awhile (it seemed). No notice on their doors or website about any closures for the day. Even if it's slow or a slow day & roughly about 4-6 hours before closing doesn't mean that you should close that early. I understand if it was 30 minutes at most but not 5 hours. I've been in the area around 5pm with others for a semi early dinner a few different times and this area is quite limited in terms of eating and don't want to eat at the nearby restaurant (noisy and busy) so wanted to eat here but they seemed closed for awhile before. So had to hunt down other places around town to eat at.I worked at a place that was slow but we closed at the time posted because you never know if you will get a late serge of customers. On multiple occasions it could be slow all day then about an hour before closing a couple dozen people show up and spend some money. If we closed 2+ hours earlier then we would have lost lots of money & potential future customers.

We came to this restaurant for a meeting. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we felt good. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. We recommend this place to all.
