Everyone writes bad things about Griselda, but she's just following the owner's rules. Today I wanted to buy a sandwich with a coupon, but the steak and cheese sandwich didn't qualify, and she explained why, so it's not her fault. Otherwise, she served me very well and is friendly. All those bad comments are directed at the owner; he's the one to blame.11/14/25

When did the prices get ridiculously high ?! Also they forgot to charge me for avocado. When they remembered they asked asked me for the extra $1 ish to run my cc. The move there for proper customer service would be for them to take accountability and not ask to charge me. Considering my meal was $16+ for a 6 inch / drink/ chips. I think subway can handle the $1 / avocado being on them today.

Only stop here if you have about 15-20mins. The parking is minimal. Then the customer service is slow. I walked in and the employee was in the back, took a while to come out and then made the sandwich with zero sense of urgency or consider. When I told her the items I wanted she said I had to slow down and when I did she was rushing me. First and last time.

Portions were tiny. Subs were insanely priced. Footlong Italian was 20 dollars and got told I couldn’t have more than 6 pickles.

It’s like the people working there were intentionally trying not to understand I was saying.

So much for a 5 dollar footlong.

Very rude and horrible customer service from the lady Griselda. Spoke in a very condescending tone and disrespectfully. The sandwich was overtoasted and the service was just horrible.

Every time I go to this location, I order a regular turkey sub, they either make the upcharged turkey titan sub or lie and say they did and try to upcharge me, no matter how many times I say do not make the deluxe sub. It’s shady and I avoid this location entirely now.

The Subway is always great whether you're running in to grab a sandwich for the road or actually sitting down and eating on site. Restaurants are always clean. Staff is friendly and personable and the food is fresh.
