I ordered two footlong sandwiches on line with the promotion program buy one, get one free. When I picked up at 2461 Santa Monica blvd, suite b, I was only offered one instead. The explanation was that I didnt put in the code when I ordered it. This minor error should be easily corrected. But they refused to do it. At beginning, they argued that it was my mistake. They would not like to solve the problem for me. More ironically, the owner told me through a phone in one of the customer service lady that the specific shop did not participate the buy one and get one free program . Actually, before I submitted the on line order , I asked the same customer service lady if I could get the same deal by paying in the shop because I didn’t want to leave my credit number on line. She told me that I could only get the deal on line. Obviously, it is a flat lie that the shop didn’t participate the promotion activity. I felt to be treated as a fool.Im writing to ask for a refund of $13 I paid. User's recommendation: Absolutely not.

Got a tuna sandwich literally took 2 bites was salty as hell i shared half with my sister took the sandwich to tell the lady the situation to see if i can get a different sandwich said that she can only do this one time that i should read the ingredients yes i know they put salt i had the tuna before at subway she acted so rude even making the new sandwich i showed her the whole half that i had so she wouldn't say i ate the thing i worked at a restaurant and i know it's an equal trade never coming back to this subway again and being in santa monica thought it would be better i know people hate there job but at least do ur part to make the customer wanna come back not even me going through cancer acts like a ass to people when im not on my good days

Horrible customer service, told me they close at 8pm and it was barely 7:30pm and 'sandwich artists' were extremely rude about it. I went home empty handed and hungry. But at least I have my money that I can spend somewhere that deserves it because it won't be here again. I've already had many rude encounters but this was the final straw. I understand how it is to work at subway, I used to be the 'Person In Charge' for closing and I never refused a customer before closing and I closed at 11pm... Not 8pm... For the owner, if they care about their customers, Saturday, December 10th.

Horrible service!!!! I stood there 3 min while the workers were on their phone and when i said hello she answered " you need to wait".. worst part is they were talking in Spanish saying so many profanities and stating that management wont fire them because they need them so matter how many bad reviews they get or complaints they wont get fired.. its ridiculous too have blunt conversations like that infront of costumers and prioritizing their phones instead of their work. Good to know the owner doesnt care of the reviews ..Wont be coming back ever again!!!!

How do they still not offer gluten free bread??? It's sort of quizzical that in a town where every other person is health conscious and where so many desire (and need) dairy free and gluten free options and where Subway has gluten free bread that they wouldn't offer it but they have like 7 other bread options. Why? Would be interesting to know how much revenue is being lost but...

When I got there I was greeted and n Spanish and even though im Latino a business should always greet you in English and if you request another language, only then it's ok. Now as far as the food it was good but the portions of tuna was not enough. I think these food places are trying to reduce what they give out and it is becoming annoying.Prices have almost doubled and why! They still make enough money. Also the most annoying thing is when the charge machine has the tip question, why? They did not serve me as a waiter and that's pressuring the customer to leave a tip and we leave feeling uncomfortable. That needs to stop everywhere!
