Took my 12yr old son there for a little sushi dinner during Dine LA week. I've been a fan of Sushi Roku for a long time but tonight was disappointing. The Dine LA promo came with a choice of either a glass of wine or sake so I told our server I would obviously be the only one drinking any alcohol so 2 glasses of wine for me and some water. Just wanna give a shout out to our Server on Saturday night. I forgot his name but very great dude who went above and beyond for my wife and I on our anniversary dinner on Saturday. Food and service was both 11/10. Will definitely be coming back next time we are back in LA!
We have our teacher get togethers at Sushi Roku periodically and the assistant GM Grant Schrodetzki took good care of us. We also had desserts for the first time and their chocolate fondant with ice cream was amazing as well as the flaming cheesecake surrounded by cotton candy. A fabulous show!
