So I almost always leave positive reviews and I try not to go on here and leave negative reviews, but I have to say the last two times I went here (And I gave it two times because I was hoping it would be different the second time) my cupcake was completely stale and hard. The buttercream icing wasn’t sweet at all. Just a bummer. And one day it was buy a cupcake get one free and I had to literally ask for the free cupcake, they didn’t ask me. So I don’t know. I prefer sprinkles or Susie Cakes wayyyyy over this. Sad because this place used to be good.

Heard that this re-opened under new management. The staff was incredibly friendly. I got the dark chocolate cherry cookie and it was so delicious. Also it was a good size for the price.

Parking: Plenty of street parking - free and paid

Kid-friendliness: Great environment for kids

So disappointed. I think new ownership has changed ingredients or recipe. Got the famous triple berry cake and it was dry, not fresh or moist. Nothing like the OG.

wow this place fell off. $14 (including tip) for a huge slice of dry cake. No clue how this business maintains a 4 star rating. this is not the cake I remember. each layer was a different texture- some combination of grainy and dry. I thought you guys only rob your employees ? (also somewhat carelessly packaged)

I strongly do not recommend this bakery. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend, who lives in Irvine, but unfortunately, I was not in the United States. So, I asked a friend of mine to place the order because the website did not accept my IP address. I ordered the cake two weeks before his birthday. His birthday was yesterday, and I had scheduled the delivery for 1:00 pm. At 1:30 pm, I called them to ask when the cake would arrive. They told me it would take about another hour. I waited until 4:00 pm, but still no cake. I called them again, and they told me that delivery was never requested, and that the address is too far, so they won’t be able to deliver it. They said they would refund my money. I ask, how can such a “high-quality” bakery allow this to happen? How can they not inform customers when they are unable to deliver? They made a fool out of me, didn’t even apologize, and showed no professionalism. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and I am extremely upset. There will definitely be consequences.

They used to have the BEST croissants! Now they are awful. Took one bite and threw the rest out.

A beautiful case full of unique cakes, cookies, scones, bars. We tried one of the cookies, and a macaroon, with a cappuccino. Definitely the best macaroon I've ever tasted. The servings are very generous too! Yum!

Worst cake I ever had!!!! I got a chocolate cake from here which had no sponge in it just a thick layer of chocolate which was good but the whole sponge layer was like sand, it was not as firm as a soft sponge, it was shattering as soon as I dip spoon, whole cake was a mess.
Regret buying a cake from here. For the price I paid, I had a great expectation. Very Expensive.

Welcome back Sweet Lady Jane I feared she had left us
I had the pleasure of tasting three of their most extraordinary creations: their Cherry Pie, Red Velvet Cake, and Triple Berry Cheesecake.

The Cherry Pie is simply perfect. Each slice is thick and filled with exquisite cherries, a triumph of flavors that burst with every bite. The crust is flaky and buttery, creating a wonderful contrast with the juiciness of the cherries. A generous slice allows you to fully enjoy the pie, just the way I love it, offering a taste experience that completely envelops you.

The Red Velvet Cake is another masterpiece. Fresh and incredibly delicious, each slice is a treat for both the eyes and the taste buds. The soft, velvety texture pairs perfectly with the creamy, light frosting, creating a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Every bite is an experience you’ll want to repeat over and over again.

Lastly, the Triple Berry Cheesecake was a delightful surprise. Even though the price has increased compared to last year, every penny spent is absolutely worth it. The slice is generous and incredibly fresh, with a balanced flavor and a creaminess that melts in your mouth. The berries add a touch of freshness and tartness that perfectly complements the sweetness of the cheesecake. Despite the higher cost, you don’t mind paying a bit extra for such excellent quality.
