When calling the phone number for this particular sweetgreen location, speaking to an actual human isn't possible. The A.I. robot is just no help. At all. The food is pretty bland, zero flavor, but the chicken noodle soup, I wonder if the cook actually tasted it before serving it to the public because all you taste is salt. EXTREMELY salty chicken noodle soup. AND I bought a big bowl of it..just to have to throw it away because it basically tasted like strong salt water with carrots, onions and uncomfortably chewy rubberish diced up chicken. I usually would visit the sunset blvd location, where the food and overall dining experience is 1000 times better, including the chicken noodle soup. And I write this with zero malicious intent. I was just very very disappointed in this sweetgreen location and the food experience I just had. I will not ever be going back to this particular location and perhaps it was better that they have a robot handling the calls instead of an actual human, who i could have conveyed this to directly, but respectfully. I'm a true foodie through and through, but THIS....was not it.👎

Very disappointing experience. The restaurant was completely empty, yet the staff didn’t bother to clean up. There were crumbs and trash scattered around the kitchen area, and everything looked messy and neglected. It’s really unpleasant to see such a lack of cleanliness — it completely ruins the impression of the place.

Ordered a KBBQ Steak Bowl and added mushrooms on UberEats for pickup. Didn't open the bowl until I got home and saw that they added mushrooms, but there was no steak. Scoured the entire bowl for any hint of steak but there was none :( The rest of the bowl was okay, but some protein would've been nice to tie it together. It's nice that a majority of the menu is gluten-free.

I ordered a bowl with chicken for delivery. My bowl had no chicken and was entirely rice, broccoli, and sweet potatoes. I was only able to be refunded $3.85 for the chicken. Disappointed.

I realized only after eating half of the slice of bread they put on top of my salad had mold on it. When I reached out to customer service they wanted to give me a five dollar credit even though I didn’t even eat the salad because of the potential toxins that the bread/mold could’ve been in the salad.
I told him I didn’t eat the salad. I could bring it back to the store. I would just like a refund, but they insisted on giving me a $17 credit instead of a refund. As if I would ever eat here again.

We ordered 2 bowls and they really skimped on the protein. There was barely any which was really disappointing. On top of that, we got such large proportions of other things. Just felt unbalanced.
For example, my girlfriend got her dish which was 80% kale even though she ordererd the bowl with many ingredients.
