I placed an order online. I arrived and asked if it was ready; they said not yet. 20 minutes went by and I followed up with them. This time they told me they had actually not received my order, and so they had not started working on it yet. I asked for a refund and they said that it would take 2-3 days since I placed the order online. Disappointing. I do not plan on going back anytime soon.

Willis is the best! He always goes above and beyond. I work close to the century city mall. And even though tender greens isnt full service. He always goes out of his way to check on you and see if you need anything. He makes the experience great!

I’ve been eating at Tender Greens in the Westfield Century City Mall since the day they opened, and they never disappoint. The staff is amazing—always friendly, humble, and welcoming. The restaurant is consistently clean, and Rosa, Ronnie, Angel, and the entire team always treat me incredibly well. Highly recommend!
