I walked to The Buffalo Club. Nice interior with an unpretentious, distinctive exterior subtly art deco. I enjoyed the NY strip and frites. I was hungry for two but I drank two cocktails instead, a Sazarac before dinner and a mezcal espresso martini after.
A must experience! I haven't been to the Buffalo Club in years but I'm definitely going back! They have kept true to their original vision! The food is perfect...the speakeasy atmosphere hasn't varied but not stagnant...refreshed and clean! If you haven been...GO...and if you have been...GO Back!
My wife and I enjoyed the Ribeye for two cooked medium. Thirty two ounces including the bone comes with mashed potatoes and asparagus. For dessert we ordered the Baked Alaska, also outstanding. Wonderful table side service and an elegant quiet ambience completed a perfect dinner.
