Very cool spot. Went there with a. Group of friends and got a table. Service was great. Music was good. Decor was really cool. There’s even a pool table ! Which I didn’t notice until I was leaving. Definitely would check it out again when in Santa Monica.

This is a cool spot but the staff were VERY rude. This included the doorman and the bartender with the neck tattoo and the bartender with long hair. I tried ordering a drink twice with 2 different bartenders. The bartenders rolled their eyes and ignored me and walked away. They have a big ego that made my experience unpleasant. Although the bar was nice I will not be returning due to the service.

My family and I loved our experience at the Exhale Spa! The staff and service were top-notch. Our dining at Fig was an unparalleled adventure, with impeccable service on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Thank you so much, Rachel! The staff is incredible, from bellperson to parking attendant! However, we had an ocean-view room on the 4th floor, so we could barely see the ocean.As for the Bungalow party... our reserved table had to be cleared because nothing was designated it. Worst of all, our server, Anthony, abandoned our table when he discovered I was a sweepstakes winner! He said hello and NEVER CAME BACK! Thank God for Sheila (the coordinator), who personally waited at our table and brought our drinks. Proving that one bad apple does not spoil the bunch.I would recommend this vacation property!Special thanks to Tara Mirzaee, Kevin Kim, and Kelly Marzoli, who coordinated the bookings. Proving that excellent service is a top-down system where excellence comes from excellent management!Most of all, thank you to KCRW for the fantastic prize for my family and me.
