Honestly this restaurant was the best chiken Alfredo I've have ever had in my life. Customer service is great such cozy yet classy vibes. My boyfriend really enjoyed the Mac and cheese fried balls as of course classic cheesecake. Overall 10/10 we went back for a second date there.

The only place I was told to go by countless people in the UK was a Cheesecake factory and I’d seen a lot of people online rave about it. So I had high expectations.
Pro’s - The brown bread is absolutely divine: I could have just eaten that and been happy. The cheesecake again, heavenly. I had the Red Velvet. There being a lot to choose from is good but I’m a chef myself at home and I know all the disadvantages of having an extensive menu. So it kind of put me off.
The lady who served out Cheesecake was so nice. I made sure to tip her for her kindness.

Cons: the service on the restaurant floor was beyond poor. The Maitre’d was miserable, she spoke to us like she didn’t want to be there at all, made us stand in a corner to wait for a table when the place was practically empty and just stood talking to who turned out to be our server for 10 minutes. We had 1 drink all night. He never came to our table once to see if we needed anything or anymore drinks, I tried to call him over but he was at the further end of the restaurant. The portions are diabolical. Nobody needs that amount of food. I left over half of mine. As did my daughter. Why does a 9yr old need 2 large baskets of fries. Ridiculous. And everything was really quite bland. The mac n cheese balls, famous online, bland, lacked cheese and the oil needed changing in the fryers. The pasta lacked seasoning and cheese even though it was a 4 cheese pasta. It was all just very disappointing. I wouldn’t go back to one next time we’re in America.

One of our fav places in the US - the best of any franchise, fast food chain by far.

Santa Monica is quite a nice place - we had a beautiful view on the balcony. The atmosphere was really inviting. The food was excellent as always.

I’m still shocked by the massive menu. We had the avocado egg rolls - sounded weird to me as a canadian but was better than expected. My vodka pasta was very underwhelming. The sauce had a basic tomato flavor. My friend’s sandwich was better.

I enjoyed the soup and sandwich.
We had exceptional service.
Bad coffee, but otherwise great view and lunch.

Blake is an amazing server. He made our visit so enjoyable with his positive attitude and friendly personality. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all.

We visited this restaurant twice over our stay in Santa Monica. On the first visit we were served by Marlette - she was amazing and added to the evening. She went above and beyond and made us feel like we were her only customers, even though it was really busy and she didn’t stop! In addition, the food was amazing! We returned again later in our stay for just cheesecake which did not disappoint!

We ordered a steak and got 5 small pieces $36 not happy.
Total for a meal for two including two half largers and a coke, and the smallest cheesecake in the word !!! Nothing like the one on show. $110 DO NOT BOTHER 👎🏼
