Santa Monica's Cheesecake Factory is a consistent, family friendly, dining experience. It is a clean, well maintained restaurant. The "Americana" menu is vast, flavorful & well presented. Whether you are a Grandparent taking "the kids" out for lunch or a group of young adults sharing time, drinks & a meal the Cheesecake Factory staff will take excellent care of you.
Vegetarian options: The menu, while omnivore focused, has vegan options. The "small plate" section has great vegetable dishes. The salad section is vast. The pasta & flatbread pizza have options and they offer "impossible burgers."
Dietary restrictions: The staff is very helpful answering questions about menu items, how they are prepared and the ingredients.
Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's wheelchair accessible

The wait was very long. Was told 45 minutes and it was over an hour. The food was good, but not great. Portion sizes are generous. Wait staff worked diligently, but couldn’t keep up.

A typical cheesecake factory. Unfortunately very loud here in Santa Monica and the service is very slow.
You have to wait despite a reservation.

This was our first visit to a cheesecake factory and we were looking forward to it, but unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. We had our food brought out but one dish was missing, no reason why 10 minutes passed and someone came saying it won't be long there's an issue in the kitchen! 5 minutes later our waiter said she would check, she didn't come back but the manager did who said our order was sent to another table so was being remade and he'd take care of the issue. Another 10 minutes (at which point everyone else had finished their meals) the missing flat bread pizza arrived. Now it was clear that no waiter wanted to deal with us any longer, empty drinks empty plates, no bread for the table. In the end we decided to skip pudding and just ask for the bill. The waiter clearly thought he'd get no tip as again no apology, thank you or anything was said when we paid the bill. We in fact did tip ( not as much as it should have been!) what a disappointment cheesecake factory.

Despite the diabolical calories, the food is good. Highly recommend the italian sausage mushroom rigatoni. The cheesecakes are yum but impossible to finish.

I don't normally spend time leaving reviews however this Cheesecake Factory gave me such a nightmare experience that I make an effort to tell people not to go here. I went here for an anniversary dinner with some friends and the wait staff was so rude and absent most of the time.
By the time we all got our food my steak Dianne was ice cold. I told the server and they had a new one made for me at snail pace. All of the people I was at the table with had eaten all their food by the time they finally brought out my steak. I was furious and called the manager over to explain that we had hardly received service all night and that the service we got was so low class.
He really did a horrible job of pretending to care. He told me that “the cheesecake executives” don’t give me enough power to do anything. I was disgusted, this was clearly a place that doesn’t care about their customers experience or about accountability. Please go anywhere else and spare yourself the disrespect. I was so disgusted that their manager would lie and pretend like he didn’t have any power. Like he clearly could’ve fixed the situation and instead chose to be a lazy coward. Whoever manages this place needs a serious reality check. Go anywhere else to eat, they won’t care about you here.
I love food and prices

No one comes to take to go order after almost 10 minutes of waiting (They opened 30 minutes ago, still no one to help me for so long, an old man after me also waited too long and now he is waiting for the cashier sitting on a bench)
The manager finally came to take an order and took my order but when I chose the extra ingredients, she just told me the options without explaining the pricing. Total came out too expensive for the take out order. Very unpleasant experience. This place is the worst among ALL locations.

I always come to this chain restaurant every time I come to the United States~
A choice that will disappoint everyone!
But the portion is so big that it’s easy not to finish it🤣

3 of us came for dinner last night, the food was average but with all the calories makes you feel a bit rubbish afterwards. The first 2 items we ordered they had ran out of which was a shame, but there were lots of options to choose from. Service was really good.
Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian options but they did say the menu is customisable
Parking: Multistory carpark, was free for first 90 minutes

Wow, the bathrooms were a war zone. Staff was limited (like every place else). The food was fine. Really no wait at 7pm.
