Y'all know this place is the best, so there's no need to explain that. The service is good, and it's always packed. Reservations are quite useless since you end up waiting for a table at the end.

Only leaving a 1 star because the hostess at the front her name : Celest , she had made my family and I wait (2 people) for over 30 min to seat outside. Since we preferred outside seating. She specifically stated there wasnt any table at all available! Another woman had come and had asked for outside seating also and she was given the seating almost immediately. I didn’t know that she had given her seating until I got seating 30min+ I felt as we were discriminated against. Since the other woman was a different ethnicity as us and had two other people at her table. Honestly, it baffles me that such things still happen.Update- We decide to take our leftover food to go as the server Christian A. asked if we wanted a to go box. He then puts a dirty plate he picked up from our table and puts it on said leftovers. I then tell him I was supposed to take those leftovers and a manger comes and asks me what’s wrong. The server says he will FIX the issue and make a new batch for me to take. Instead, he boxes me the leftovers that he had put on a dirty plate. I have never felt so disrespected and disgusted at the lack of cleanliness in this restaurant. Furthermore, as a healthcare worker, this is preposterous. We then go to the front to pay and just leave. Again the hostess Celest, says she can’t help us with our payment and to go to the cheesecake area. We agree and head over and the woman there says she can’t assist because Celest has to send over the access. So it shows lack of professionalism in Celest since she can’t even even do her own job correctly and seems like she didn’t care. The woman then goes and speaks to the manager. Prior to this we had told Celest we don’t want to see the server because it can cause a ripple of an altercation etc. To my surprise she had told the server to come over and give us the check which is what we didn’t want. To see him because it could cause issues. He then asks us what’s wrong and we say would like to speak to the manager. So he looks at us in dirty looks up and down and then grabs his coworker and laughs at us . Again LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM?!?! AND WORK ETHIC. I will say that the manager tried to smooth things out for us but the lack of. Professionalism in this establishment and care and customer service is poor. I don’t even treat my patients like that why should someone in customer service do the same?

Everything you imagined and more. They even had a great cappuccino. You must order the entree Brussel sprouts (drooling).I had the asian chicken salad which was lovely and my kids had burgers and steak. Great fresh food. A must!!!

We went there on a random Wednesday at 2PM (not busy at all) with 6 of us. It took 20 mins to even meet our waitress/place the order and another 45mins to receive the first dish. The food was not delivered to the table together. The waitress never checked on us but she was nice. There was about 10-15 min gap between the delivery of each dish. I ordered a tick stack mid-rare and my daughter order the same thing mid-well. My daughters stack arrived 20 mins after mine so mine was cold by the time she got she food. The stakes were not cooked right, both stakes were cooked "well done". These are $40 stakes. The apodizers were served at after all the dishes were serviced. I thought apodizers were supposed to come first and relatively quick to hold everyone over till the food arrives. I didn't make a big fuss and paid for everything ($250) but I was not happy at all!

5 stars to the girl who was our server on march 26. But had horrible experience with receptionist as she lied to us and said there are no tables. Went an hour before the same person told us to come anytime before 9:45 as they wont take order after 10.Reached at 9:15 said no tables and we cant take you and also said she did not tell us to be there before 9:45.When we said please call your manager, she said manager cant help you.Some other server was very helpful in giving us a table.Amazing food and our server was wonderful even tho she was busy

Overall it was late hour before close. The food was good as expected from the Cheesecake factory. Service was great for me, but as a germophobe wish utensils were on a napkin or table cloth not the table. Other than that was a good experience.

Massive thankyou to Mackenzie our waitress for the night! Nothing was a problem and was extremely helpful. We were a group of 12 and everything from the food and service was timely and friendly. Made our trip from Australia to Santa Monica memorable! Thank you!

On Sunday, March 24, 2024, I came to this location. The host was lacking in basic manurisms and etiquette, and the person who seated us did not seem to know what to do or how to do it. He was all over the place.I tried to speak with the manager about the experience I had upon entry and thought he would at least seem to care, but he did not even pretend to care. My friend also spoke with the manager, but he still did not care.I had not been to this Cheesecake Factory in many years, and I was out with good company, so I was really looking forward to it. I thought it would be a nice reunion but, instead, it was really disappointing!I, unfortunately, will not be going back to this location.
