Weak and tasteless espresso - $3,65 for a double shot. I used to like Coffee Bean, not anymore. The prices keep rising and the quality has fallen. It’s time to buy an espresso machine and enjoy my coffee at home

Disgusting matcha and latte
I came to charge my phone. And I let the guy know I was at your service. After paying for my order, I looked for an outlet, and they were all covered and blocked. A friend told me there were no chargers in the public. Now I've paid for a coffee here and I'll probably have to pay for another one at another coffee shop to charge my phone.
So sad. 😭 The guy could have let me know sooner.
Also super expensive!

We both love the place! We had our mochas outside and enjoyed the liveliness of the Promenade. The cost is average and the product is good, so give it a try if you’re a tourist.

there was this horribly mean older large black woman who was just so mean to me when i got my coffee and asked for directions she said oh so u want me to carry you? Figure it out yourself. I am appalled she should be fired.

Cappuccino is only available in one size and the cup was 2/3 full, luke warm. The person at the counter was way too loud. Not worth the price.
