Hello. Your times on google say that you close 11 pm. I drove especially and arrived at 10:32. Wednesday January 22. The gentleman working inside said: we are closed. However, i insisted and told him that your google time says that you close at 11. He answered: yeah will I closed all the machines. I said, please can you make one more cup, he said no. That is unprofessional behavior, upsetting, and given that I drove especially, it is even worse. He did not respect opening hours. Thank you.
This coffee bean location always has a great vibe from the friendly staff to chill music and the awesome firepit. The staff at this location always knows how to makes the drinks just perfectly. There is free parking in the back which is super helpful in Santa Monica. Perfect place to get some work done over great coffee and snacks.
It's so nice to go here early in the morning and watch Santa Monica greet the day.
Lovely place full of atmosphere. Their coffee beans are some of the best and they always have new ones to try.
Almost the only place open for breakfast at 25 dec 2019, in Santa Monica.
I am not a fan of Starbucks because the coffee tastes burnt to me, but I love the rich full bodied taste of the many different roasts at the Coffee Bean. Their decaf is equally delicious.
Cozy fireplace outside. Very romantic!!!

About the service. The best ! And the best mocha latte around southern California
Gave me a burnt sloppy cut bagel. Thanks for the two cream cheese but it's not nice to not give utensils and then giggle when I ask for one. Also, too many cashiers when someone should be on duty cleaning store.. the bathroom was absolute filth.
