Came in during a Sunday stroll. We ordered a couple of pastries and drinks. I had an iced white mocha drink and a raisin custard swirl. It was a pleasant afternoon snack. We also had a nice conversation with the owner of the cafe. Will definitely come back!

Great French bakery and cafe for a nice breakfast with friends. Service is excellent and they have all you need for a wonderful breakfast on your way to the beach.

Their baked good are delicious and authentically French. Their veggie sandwich (with petit cornichons!) on a baguette is my all-time favorite.

The owners, Mathieu and Sandra, couldn’t be nicer! Come by for breakfast or lunch… they’re fantastic!

Skip this place
The coffee was mediocre at best, and the croissants didn’t come close to the quality you’d expect from a French bakery. The pistachio muffin looked unnaturally green, almost artificial, and the staff (presumably the French owner) had a rude attitude.
Given that the place was empty while others nearby had queues, I now understand why.
Ahh and it was also expensive

Nice surprise! Excellent croissants, coffee too, the manager is very nice, I can't say the same about Madam, maybe we had a bad day...a shame because the rest is excellent!

They have zero gluten free options despite other reviews saying so, and in top of that the blond lady with European accent (German?) was very mean and condescending about it.

Rare are the times I leave a review, but this was so great that I had to leave one.A little piece of France in the heart of Santa Monica with super welcoming and available French managers where we chatted for a good time and had good pastries.Very reasonable price, I recommend.

What a nice surprise to find a French bakery in Los Angeles with quality products, thank you for taking us to France for a moment! That was delicious! We tasted the buttered ham, the madeleines, macaroons, pain au chocolat, even the lemonade and mocha were excellent! All this followed by a very warm welcome, you will not be disappointed!

Did a quick stop here just to pick up a sandwich. I asked the owner which one was popular and he said The Parisien. The sandwich came out perfect. Delicious bread with a generous portion of protein for $13. Totally worth it!
