A wonderful place to test out strollers in the real world and kind experienced staff to help you. The staff here lets you try pushing strollers around outside! Real world testing! Unlike other baby stores with young inexperienced staff, the staff here are experienced with their own kids

Logging back on after a thousand years. This place was a god send because we were rear-ended in a car accident. My kid is in a Clek carseat which is hard to find if you suddenly need to replace it according to the car seat's policy (some require immediate replacement, etc.) The fastest we could have gotten a carseat would have been next day with Amazon, but with their return policy, I didn't trust it with our precious cargo. So after searching Clek's website, I found The Pump Station as an authorized dealer. I called and they had what I needed in stock AND (!!!!!!) they also had an in-house certified carseat installation tech and FREEEEE installation with purchase (which for new parents an fyi, is hard to find, let alone free.)I made an appointment and we hightailed it over from our side of town (which is not anywhere near Santa Monica.) The car seat was literally secured. WHEW!

DO NOT BUY from this online store. They charge you a shipping fee for non-deliverable packages and disregard their online refund policy when you shop.

Such a cute baby store, with incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The first time my husband and I came in here it was pretty busy and we were just window shopping. The stroller expert still came right over and asked us if we needed help and still walked us through all the models and answered our questions even though we told him weren't going to buy anything that day. He really helped us streamline the process of picking a stroller and a carseat. He was patient and so helpful to us. We're first time parents! My husband also made an appointment to double check our car seat was installed properly and my husband said that appointment was seamless and very informative as well. We are also going to try and sign up for some of the classes like toddler CPR, I'll be back to update this review if we do!

My wife and I were fortunate enough to take two Baby Care 101 classes thru Pump Station. It was an amazing experience and really put us at ease with welcoming our soon approaching child. The class was diverse, very new parent friendly, and allowed us to feel comfortable with the fact that we did not know everything. We had the opportunity to interact with other expecting parents and our instructor Corky was fantastic placing a empahsis on all of us participating. Which is vitally important as participation is a main factor on becoming great parents and doing the best for your child. I learned quite a bit from the experience, I'm not afraid to say prior to the classes I was not at all prepared for what to expect from the day-to-day of raising a child. This was a opportunity for my wife and I to get a more educated glimpse of what to expect, what not to expect, and how to approach multiple facets of earlier parenthood. I want to thank Corky for being very direct and fun to engage with throughout both classes, she definitely knows all that there is when it comes to child bearing. Additionally, I want to thank Pump Station for the very straightforward and easy sign up process and the efficient way the class was run. I was hesistant on the virtual approach but they made us feel just like we would as if we were physically in the class. We will be taking more classes as we navigate this adventure of being new parents. There is so so much to learn and its a neverending process, we will choose to continue our growth with that process with Pump Station. Thank you!

They are very friendly and explain everything about all the products and how to handle babies in them, they also have classes and help us to find adapters for fitting car seats inside the stroller

Wonderful establishment run by people who reallyLove what they do! Corky has been an amazing resource for myself and my husband, as we navigated having our first child, through both offering helpful products and through the classes at the pump station. It's been wonderful to have access to live classes that are interactive, even some that are virtual (but still live), as opposed to most hospital classes right now which are pre-recorded and very dry. The lactation consultant network is also fabulous - even my doctors recommended Pump Station vs offering their own LC recommendations. I appreciate that The Pump Station are a nearby resource, at a time post Covid when it seems access to in person support and community is fairly limited on the LA Westside all together.

My husband and I wanted to take a CPR class before the birth of our first baby. We've both been previously CPR certified years ago, but we wanted to know more about infant CPR. We attended the virtual Pediatric CPR class. Tyler, our instructor, was excellent. The 2.5 hour class flew by as the class was engaging and interesting. Even though we had some knowledge of the subject matter, it was nice to learn new things and what has changed through the years. The class is interactive with no pressure to leave your camera on unlike those dreadful Zoom fatigued work meetings. Attendees included expectant parents, parents of newborns, and grandparents. It was great hearing feedback and questions from other attendees too. The online enrollment was easy. I called them when I had questions before I enrolled, and they were very nice over phone. I look forward to attending other classes at the Pump Station.

A very bittersweet moment for me today when I went to turn in the hospital-grade pump I rented. I had a fantastic experience with The Pump Station. I went in shortly after birth for a consultation when my son wasn't latching. Not only was I contending with a low milk supply, but it was also during the height of the formula shortage. I was ready to give-up breastfeeding and stick to formula-feeding. When I expressed this to the lovely ladies at The Pump Station they recommended I see Corky. Corky's advice was invaluable. It led to my son becoming an A+ breastfeeder. Their continued support and the quality of the pump led to 4+months of very productive breastfeeding. I even produced a surplus to freeze. Now 6mos in I've returned the breast pump, and feel indebted and entirely grateful for the support I received at The Pump Station. I would highly recommend their services to any expectant or new mother. You'll get all the support (and shopping for baby) you need in one place.

The pump station is operated and employed with truly horrible people. They try to sneak in fees and are not honest when renting pumps. The lactation consultant was horrible- over the phone without even seeing any latching or anything she told me that there was something wrong with my supply and that it's a waste of time to try to breast feed. This consult was for my preemie baby born 3 months early who spent 12 weeks in the NICU. When I presented my concerns to the manager Olga, she turned everything back on me telling me that other clients don't complain and was horrendous. These people do not care about you or your baby. Highly advise taking your business elsewhere

Though I have never been here in person, the experiences my wife and I have had with Corky and the Pump Station have been amazing. We are located in Wisconsin and did the online breastfeeding class over zoom and it was super helpful. Our baby was born on May 9th and ever since day 1 she has been latching on like she's been doing this her whole life. While in the hospital, all the nurses and lactation consultants would repeatedly bring up how great she was latching even though our little girl has a significant tongue tie. The lessons learned from the course took away tons of the mystery and helped us to feel confident and prepared to take on the breastfeeding journey. Thank you Lynn and Corky from the Pump Station - sending much thanks and appreciation from Wisconsin! Highly recommend to anyone from anywhere ?
