I wanted to thank The Shores Kitchen (MIMI) for such quick delivery of my order. Tonight I tried her classic cheese pizza, and it was fantastic. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, the sauce was flavorful and the cheese was perfectly melted. Now let's talk about the gluten-free desserts. MIMI suggested I try the gluten-free carrot cake and it was delicious!! I was surprised since I generally don’t like carrot cake at all but this cake was so moist...
