Had a great breakfast of avocado toast add egg, and an iced tea while waiting to tour the Eames house just up the hill. The staff was nice as well. Can't really beat an outdoor dining experience in December, either.

Best coffee in town! Lou Lou is especially hilarious and wonderful. She made me the most delicious iced vanilla latte I’ve EVER had this morning. Make sure you hit up this adorable spot whenever you’re in the area!
