Tiato Kitchen + Garden

Loved the Dine LA menu but the main entrees came were served too quickly after the appetizers. The service indoors was not nearly as professional as on the patio. It was very rushed and sloppy. Coffee served twice was cold!! Not up to ur standards.

We had confirmed reservations with friends we had previously coordinated with and got reminders from the app reconfirming. We showed up and the place was closed for a private event. We were told we would gear from the manager and be taken care of. It has been 3 days and no word.

You shouldn’t go if you deserve good food. Their portion is small and tastes not good. Pho soup has no taste, they might use cheap broth, herbs weren’t fresh. Fries are greasy and too much mayo.
You should check the bill carefully, they charged +$5 on the menu price of each.
The staff was slow. He took over 10 mins to bring water, actually he didn’t, another staff brig it. Over 15 mins to collect my cc.

you can either wait in l7ne and irder..do the salad bar or be waited on. patio is charming. food is delicious. strange hours..check them out before you go.

We came for the DineLA menu. What an incredible value! Three courses plus complementary cocktail/mocktail for $35! Each course was delicious and we got plenty to eat. The outside patio is SO nice! I've always loved this place and I want to support it; I'm coming back and bringing more friends! 

The servers and everyone was great. The food was delish. It was a great time to spend with my sister and my puppy. Perfect Friday night.

Came here for the Brunch Friday DineLA (7/12-26). We sat in the lovely garden away from the inside. Even when I walked up to the cashier for my reservation, I noticed it would've been difficult to talk inside bc of the loud music. The garden was serene with lights strewn across the patio and in the trees. I can imagine how beautiful it is at night. Between the 2 of us, we had the vegetarian spring rolls (came out fresh and hot), market salad (loved it bc it was loaded with many ingredients), An's famous garlic noodles with a choice of beef or chicken (prawns would be an extra $15), pork belly banh mi sandwich with salad that was on the DineLA menu at the restaurant, but not on the DineLA online menu. I was looking forward to trying Crustacean's famous An's garlic noodles (same owners) and was disappointed that the noodles and chicken breast were a little dry. My friend thought the noodles needed more taste. My friend liked the pork belly banh mi, but I found the chili oil too spicy and needed to add lettuce to the sandwich. Loved their colorful salads. For dessert, we each had the vanilla ice cream and huge homemade cookies with macadamia nuts and white chocolate (delicious!). Service was attentive. There was some confusion with our server re the DineLA menu, but it was resolved. Street parking or paid parking in a nearby building. I'd come back, but will try other dishes on the menu in the patio. Keep an eye on the 100 points bc I called that eve and left a msg to say I haven't received my points and have yet to receive them the next day, Sat.

Use to work here and I messed it up. The owner that's a woman is a little racist towards blacks is why but they paid very well. Wish I took the high road back then and I would have been a lot further in my life. So being the bigger person. I would like to apologize for my outburst and abrupt resignation.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our dinner experience last night. Service was very slow (even though there were hardly any diners there), the food was okay, half of our food was lukewarm (including 2 soups), and we had to wave the servers down to ask for things since they rarely checked on us. Even the garlic noodles were disappointing even though the same ones at Crustacean are great. They told us they were out of chicken about 10 minutes after one of us ordered chicken with our salad. They also said they were out of mango sticky rice about 10 minutes after we ordered only that for dessert, and then suddenly they brought us the mango sticky rice we ordered. The servers who brought the dessert looked at each other confused as to why we were told by someone else that they were out of that. Very disorganized with what seemed like plenty of staff for less than 10 tables in the whole restaurant with people dining.

I absolutely love coming here for the incredibly delicious food and great seating. The flavors are so well crafted I fall in love with every bite!
