Our first time here. Clean eating good Mexican food. The Tacos de asada were delish, chips and salsa were bomb. We also got a Quesadilla and asada bowl. The date horchata was good. We enjoyed our meal. Friendly service, clean establishment. It's a nice and cozy modern spot , not to mention you can purchase merch from the notorious Machete -Danny Trejo since it's his place?.

Delicious tacos! I have been wanting to try this restaurant out for some time now and finally got a chance a few weeks ago. Everything was simply tasty and all the ingredients were so fresh! The prices are great too for the amazing quality of the tacos. I had the Spicy Shrimp Taco and the Carnitas Taco. They were both so good and had a nice spicy kick to them. Give this place a try - you will love it!

This place was delicious! Honestly, one of the few affordable places to eat in this area. There's lots of seating and the food/drinks come out fast. There's a lot of taco options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians, as well as other Mexican dishes. The Danny Trejo decor is funny!

The food was good but not great, the service was a little slow, but overall I’d eat here in a pinch. It’s fun because of who owns it, the sauces, and the selection of options.It wasn’t super flavorful, but the sauces really helped that fact. While everything tasted good after a good dousing of salsa, it felt a bit pricey compared to somewhere a little more authentic. But, knowing this is strategically placed on the Promenade, it’s sure to do great business!

I came from Canada to try this place as it was on my list to dos! I tried to recommended tacos and they were very good! My only criticism was that the staff were a bit reserved and the tacos could have been a touch warmer. Staff was kind and nice!Got a toque. Wish i could bring the coffee or hot suace across the border. Thanks Danny!

My food came out within 10 minutes of ordering it, which is nice since I was on someone of a time crunch.Each taco cost on average $6, which is on the pricier side. however, the tacos are sizable and I could’ve made do with one.All in all, I ordered the Horchata, Carnitas taco, shrimp taco, and a side of rice totaling $29 including the tip.The Carnitas taco is better than the shrimp taco to me, I really enjoyed the pineapple inside.Parking: Validated for the first 90 minutes.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly options on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible ordering counters, tables, restroom and entrance.

Tacos were packed full of flavor, the jamaica drink was equally as tasty, if selfcontrol isn’t your strong suit it can be easy to get carried away. Being new the young woman at the register patiently and helpfully answered my questions. Will try other types of meats next time Imnear.
