Nice breakfast and lunch spot in a corporate complex called Water Garden. Just businesses here. So the customers are people who work in the complex pretty much. They close early at 3pm during the week. Also, no seating. Just pick up and you can call it in before hand to save you time or order online. Their is seating outside in the community courtyard.

I tried calling in my order. A female answered the phone with a quick "hello" & put the phone down while I was responding. She NEVER came back to the phone. All the while I can hear everything going on in the background so I hung up and went in person. There was no wait when I arrived. I placed my order before they got a rush yet they served each and every person that ordered after me. I only got my order after I ended up being the last person left waiting! I don't understand how they prioritize their work flow but I felt discriminated against considering that I was the only person of color. The customer service was absolutely horrible and I definitely won't be going back. The food was cold and average tasting at best! Definitely not worth it!!!!!!!

Ordered an iced coffee from here via the Ritual app. Arrived and found they not only didn't have a non-dairy milk option but within the market they didn't offer any non-dairy milks at all. This market was highly average. The employees didn't seem too interested in me as a customer. Nothing too exciting to report but wouldn't particularly recommend for a visit. Coffee was standard but most items in market are pretty overpriced, most likely due to the location right on the promenade.
One of my favorite spots for breakfast & they have a great carnitas burrito for lunch. Plus the staff is friendly & helpful.

The staff at Trimana in the water gardens rock! After ordering online for pick up and accidentally choosing the wrong location, the staff was kind enough to make and give me the sandwich I wanted at no cost. They did so very quickly and were so kind, saving me time and a wasted meal! With service like this I will definitely be coming back!
