Came here on a Saturday evening for a light dinner and had the acai bowl, mushroom and cheese empanada, protein smoothie. Everything tasted fresh and I felt healthy after eating it all. The mushroom and cheese empanada was especially delicious. I appreciated how we could customize the toppings and there were items like goji berries and cacao nibs. The process was easy and the employees were friendly. Street parking. Credit cards accepted. I would recommend this place when you want a snack or a light meal that's healthy but still tastes good!

The acai was delicious and the price even better. I got the normal acai base with fresh fruits as the toppings. Unlike other locations and acai shops this location is a build your own bowl. There's no preset menu so whatever fits in the bowl goes.The service was excellent. The two ladies working the counter were very helpful and even delivered my empanada to my table after it was done warming up. Yes, they also serve nonnas empanadas at this location.The ambiance is nice too. Very warm and welcoming colors. The back patio is a nice oasis that's quiet and away from the main road. There is a design flaw with this place. The main wntrance door opens into the ordering line making it hard to get in or out of the shop. If someone is orderin, good luck getting in or getting out. Let's hope it's a sunny day out if you're trying to get in.

I Love Ubatuba, I’ve been to Many locations, this one is a little different than the others that I’ve been to. They have a full smoothie menu which is a positive. The regular menu is a bit different, there wasn’t an option of California style or Legal style. Not that that is a bad thing, it just takes more explaining if you want it one of those styles. The few times I’ve been to this location, The staff is efficient but not very personable. They’re not unpleasant, just a bit dry and not warm.Parking: You might luck out and get a space but usually you’ll park Dow the street and walk over, but it’s a lovely neighborhood so that could be a pleasant thing to do.
Horrible. The açaí is mostly ice and they don’t fill the bowl, there are air pockets on the bottom once you dig in. The ingredients are low quality. Not worth the $12+ I paid for a medium.

Mmm. I’ve had many Acai bowls and yes this is a mini chain, but truly, it does not fail.I’ve been on a liquid diet for a couple of days and decided to incorporate some Açaí into my life so that I can fill my body back with tasty healthier textures.I love that they have a mini yard in the back and also the ladies that were working, there were kind and definitely took care of us.I came with my friend which is why you’ll see that in the video he’s talking about him going to a wedding lol but anyway, I digress you’ll be able to see that it just has fresh ingredients and although it’s not pure açai without sugars, it’s not too sweet and it’s not tasteless.I always like to hook mine up as you can see with hemp seeds, Goji berries, coconut, shreds, almond butter, strawberries, and so much more.It is street parking as you know Santa Monica guy but I parked pretty close and there was a decent amount for a Friday.I would definitely come back to this location and again it was great to have an area to actually sit in while I’m enjoying my beautiful açai bowl !!!Thank you Ubatuba Acai!Parking: Street parking but paid meters and lots
