If you want to meet a friend or colleague for conversation, this can be a good place to come for the ambiance. However I don't suggest coming here for the food. I found my dish unsatisfying in its depth of flavor and insufficient in its quantity. Feels like a tourist trap tbh.

We went there as a group of five, four adults and one child. Two gluten free, as well. Could have been a tricky dining experience but Uovo took great care of all of us. Enjoyed a great bottle of Barolo and the tasting menu, which we strongly recommend!

Not only was it the best food I had on my trip, it was the best pasta I've ever had in my life. It was so delicious that I went to eat it again on the last day of my trip.I tried both the regional course and the classic course and all the pasta was delicious. Among them, the ragu pasta was the best.And be sure to eat tiramisu!! The tiramisu was the best tiramisu of my life.

The food here absolutely hits. The pasta is overnighted from Italy. And overall the dishes are incredibly similar to how they tasted in Italy to me. However, the service and ambiance is really lacking. The hostess seemed annoyed with us and any patrons coming in. We didn’t get one smile from our waitress. Idk I just feel like a place that markets so heavily on bringing Italy here could make an effort for there to be a nice ambiance in the place including how patrons are treated by staff.

Everything is very good and a great idea with the kitchen in front of you. I would say excellent. Just a couple of details that make me give it a 4⭐ instead of a 5. It's too (understandably) loud, making it difficult to have a quiet conversation. And the fact that you can't order anything extra like sauce or bread, or take anything out of the dish you choose. The waitress said it very clearly: you cannot take out or add anything to the dishes offered. not even as a side. Parking is a question mark. If they offer it, it should be easy to read. If they don't, it's a big inconvenience.
