The atmosphere is upscale and the service is kind. The pho was flavored really weirdly like with fennel or some odd herbs that really threw off the dish and gave it a sweet aftertaste. I know it’s a fusion spot, but it didn’t work for us, and was more expensive than your usual pho spot.We ordered #11 chicken pho and #15 spicy noodle with chicken. Maybe the other dishes are better, but I’m just gonna go back to traditional pho.

Delicious healthy food! We ordered their Chicken Pho and Turmeric Fish Rice Bowl. Chicken pho was delicious without tasting any msg! And Turmeric fish was so buttery and tasty! Really enjoyed our first lunch here. Service was so friendly and fast too. They did made a mistake on our Turmeric fish, but while we wait on the correct order they gave us some Jackfruit appetizer which was so delicious, so happy we got to try that dish. The wait wasn’t long too, they made our order so fast. Thank you! Definitely coming back!

Spent 75$ for two orders of pho and crispy rolls (delivery). Portions were small and taste was very bland.

I ordered the rare steak pho. Positives:- in my opinion the broth is the most important part of pho, and their broth was solid. One of the better ones that I've had on the westside- lots of available seating (actually, I didn't see a single other customer - not even for takeout - during the 30 minutes I was there, around noon on a Friday)Negatives- half the portion size compared to other pho places. I was still hungry after finishing every last drop- $22 excluding tip for pho tai is pretty ridiculous, even for westside standards- instead of bringing it on the side, they put the sprouts directly into the soup. Not a huge deal, but for me the ratio was off (too much sprouts with each bite), and when the portion size is already at a premium I didn't need the sprouts to be taking up space- I paid for meter parking outside, not sure if there's a free alternative nearbyNeutral- no customer service. Even with literally no other customers, the server never once stopped by to see if I needed anything. I don't usually care for service though, but adding this here in case others do- they use the (northern style) thick noodles, not the typical thin noodles you see in most pho places

The portions here compared to the prices make no sense. a $10 bahn mi with the tiniest sliver of chicken and hard crunchy baguette... disappointing. Also why does the pho not come with the typical garnish? Just strange.Frankly the food is good you just can't get fed here if you eat meat and you don't want to spend $30, good luck

Posting some updated menu with price increases. Parking is a drag. Metered street parking if available and a few free street parking 4h max on the side alley. Food is delicious. Pho beef soup is very tasty although a bit too oily. Turmeric fish melts in your mouth. Never seen this place packed ever. Every time I come, there are only 1-2 tables occupied. Not a high traffic area.

There is a reason why this place is so empty. The pho is extremely small for $20. The broth is bland, the noodles are choppy. They also threw in the bean sprouts and basil in the soup before they serve it to you

Food always delicious, fresh and satisfying, not to mention healthy. Service friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I like the ambiance as I've never experienced it noisy and other fellow diners often friendly.
