Love this spot, it is in a lively location right on Ocean Avenue, so there is a lot of traffic noise, but a beautiful restaurant. The service was perfect from the host to the server to the manager. Everyone was on their A game. My only criticism was how much they pushed the spiny lobster and it was such a sparse amount of lobster meat for their smallest one. At $150.00 I would expect a meatier and jucier portion. I tried to remove it from the shell, but it was so stuck to the shell, I had to shred the meat to get it removed. Pass on the Spiny Lobster, there are so many better options.

It was a nice place, cool vibe, but the food was meh- meaning not a lot of flavor and the octopus was over done - it was like eating a rubber band. The best sourdough rolls ever!!!

It was excellent from start to finish! The servers were exceptional and the food was delicious! I had given them a 2-star rating in 2024; I wish I could remove that review! There were 3 of us that tried 3 different entrees, had an appetizer and cocktails. Everything was top notch. Each person that brought out our drinks or food explained what it was and they were spot on. Thank you for an awesome dining experience. We'll be back and will brag about you to all we know. Very limited menu. Wedge salad was real weak. No blue cheese, no onions, no bacon. Wanted to share and waiter dropped ball. Salmon was very good. Shrimp scampi was very good.

My wife and I, we'll keep coming back for the delicious fresh oysters, wonderful appetizers and shell fish. This time, we had the stone crab for our main course. It was superb. Our reservation was a bit past sunset, we had a table with a view to the beach. Talk about romantic, beautiful red, orange and purple colors painted the sky for a while. We travel a lot and this is one of our favorite restaurants in the world. Anytime, we are in LA, we make a point of dining here and it has never disappointed our expectations. Highly recommended.

We started with the oysters from the pacific ocean (variety of 4) and they were quite good. Our server did a nice job selecting the ones we would like based on our preference. We also had the clams and chorizo appetizer which was amazing. My husband had the whole grilled pink bream that was delicious. I just wanted a salad so I ordered a caesar salad and when I asked if I could add chicken to it, the server said you could order the half chicken which I did agree to but did not realize how much chicken that was and how small the caesar salad. I will say the chicken was cooked perfectly, but it too much. Just for future reference.

The thanksgiving dinner was terrible. Turkey was dry and stuffing was hard. It was outrageously expensive and a big disappointment. Will never eat here again

Reservations for 6:15 on TG day. Arrived at 610. Wasn't seated until almost 7. Even accounting for the holiday, this was ridiculous. Not so much as an apology from the hostess/manager. Food was good, as always but will not be returning.

Celebrated my husbands birthday while my best friend was visiting! It was her first time and she loved it. He thoroughly enjoyed celebrating with the a seafood platter, old fashions, and a dessert to end the night. Our server was on point!
