I love this place, but they have closed their doors as of a month May/2022 ago with no explanation, no sign on the door and no update on Yelp. I'm really disappointed because they have a loyal following and everyone is being left out in the cold. Sad

Good, but I have a few suggestions.First, Delirium Tremens should be a staple. Never remove this from your menu. I mean, I can get it in a bottle at the store, so how the hell are you running out of it?Second, always rest your burgers for 3-5 minutes after cooking them. They're good burgers, but the pool of juice that drains onto my plate means that once I pick them up, I cannot set it down again else risking turning my burger into soup, also it's dryer this way. If you let the burger rest it will re-absorb all that moisture and remain a juicy burger.Lastly, my burger said it had cheese on it, but I barely noticed. I mean, technically, I'm sure it did, but it didn't taste like it had cheese on it. Please correct this oversight.Otherwise, this is one of the best places to eat and get a good beer that's not completely a tourist trap on the Promenade.

My favorite beer bar in Santa Monica. West 4th & Jane always has a representative, local, distinguished set of craft beers that cycle through regularly. Great to curl your mustache / stroke your beard to. The atmosphere is surprisingly chill for its proximity to the Promenade. Try and catch a guest brewer night!

We were in search of the elusive Pliney the Elder and heard West 4th and Jane may have some. Right when we walked into the bar, there it was - on tap! Once we checked into the beer, we got a badge from Untapped identifying West 4th and Jane as one of the three places in the US favored by the Untappd founders and we knew we had found a Santa Monica home. The place isn’t fancy, it’s all about some very fine beer. The selection has something for everyone and Nichole knew her beer. She made great recommendations based on our tastes and shared interesting stories of her adventures around the country. We did not try the food, but we’re going back soon. If you enjoy high quality beer in a relaxed atmosphere, look no further than West 4th and Jane!

A perfect bar as a local, or an out of town visitor. One of the best beer selections in LA, and the staff is kind and attentive. Better than average pub food, and close proximity to all things hip in Santa Monica. A great mug club for locals, and fun and relaxing decor. Great for sports, and private event booking.

Whoa! The food was delicious. The bartendress Karina was spectacular. I devoured my sexy Cate Upton hamburger fast enough to get conversations in with everyone in the bar except for two who snuck out on me while I was on the phone with my fiancée. The music mix wafting through the air was rockin. It was a truly gorgeous night.

Man I love this place SO MUCH and you ill too!! They have a very unique beer selection and THE BEST tater tots in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD!! Everything else on the menu is also bomb! The staff are super cool and always make you feel at home and taken care of. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!
