this has never happened to me at any location, i LOVE wingstop, but i tried this location and never in my life have i gotten so sick from food. i was sick for two days, vomiting constantly.

Extremely nice staff. They often give you free drinks if you ask. I once went in for fries, they handed me an old recipet so I could do the survey and get a free code instead of just buying it.

Dude, I don’t understand. This place is so filthy. Everything is somehow always out of order. The sodas are always just straight bubbly water. The fries are soggy and cold. If you order chicken strips, you’re definitely getting chicken nuggets. And never the quantity you paid for. I just don’t understand it. It’s so disappointing. At this point you need to scrap the current revolving staff and bring in a whole new team. Cause genuinely it is so embarrassing. It’s always empty. ironically, usually everybody’s relatively nice. But the five years that I’ve been going to this location I never see the same person twice. And I’ll go once or twice a year. And every single time for the past five years it has been an absolute letdown. I’m tired of having to go 25 minutes Out of my way just to go get Wingstop. Just so I can avoid this location. I went today. Specifically, I showed up at 10:30… The doors were already being closed and the grill was already being scrubbed down. They’re open till midnight. It’s literally Monday. Like what the hell really is going on?

While picking up an order via Uber eats I had a terrible interaction with the manager Byron Garcia who was very dismissive and short with me while I was being nothing but nice to him. He lied and said that the order I was picking up never came through and that the customer must’ve ordered from the wrong location ( which, the uber app will never send you to the wrong location as its fixed upon ordering) & tried to get me to cancel the order. If it weren’t for Sean ( I hope I spelled it correctly) stepping in to properly mitigate the situation & also elucidate that their ticket machine to receive orders did malfunction earlier, The young lady I was servicing would have never gotten her meal(s). Im very disappointed in Byron for the way he was being extremely disrespectful towards me, however, I am very grateful and appreciative for Sean stepping in to make sure everything worked out correctly. Please hire new management or promote Sean!!

Tried to order online but they stopped taking orders and when I called the cashier told me they don’t take orders over the phone as well. I came in and she was taking an order OVER THE PHONE and told me the wait time for my 15 wings would be at least an hour.

Understaffed, waiting 30 min for 10 pc & fries. No one says when your order is ready. Workers do not understand English well, which is fine, but they get snappy with me if I have to ask what they said. During some semesters I would come once a week and everytime the experience I described is consistent.

Very large portions of boneless and potatoes... very good flavor... we tried the lemon pepper, barbecue, Hawaiian and Korean spicy... the only thing I didn't love was the place because it and the entire shopping plaza were very lonely. .. but in terms of service, size and flavor 100/100
