i reached out to this company via email and received no response. these staff need a lesson in food safety and sanitation. no one uses gloves, they use their bare hands to touch the food or if they use gloves, they dont take them off when they check the customers out so they touch the filthy computer screen with their gloves and then turn it around for every single customer to touch. then they serve you your food as if their gloves are clean. this has happened numerous times with different staff, where i have to ask them to use different gloves or wash their hands. i enjoy the yogurt but i dont understand how they think this is acceptable so i think i need to stop coming here!

This place is incredible. Plant based ice cream, smoothies. Healthy, eco friendly (sustainable cups and spoons), natural, fresh daily, even open late!
Original, organic. Made from scratch. Gluten free, soy free, vegan. What more can you ask for? And so tasty. Whipped cream weight, light.
This is the kind of place I like to support. Been here a few times and the servers are the NICEST, managers too!
The peanut butter prana with brownie is DIVINE. Even the child size cup will fill you up!
Today I went and server Jett Tierri was such a sweet caring person! I hope upper management can recognize their team - they're doing such a nice job. Makes us want to return.
Nice open space, plenty friends to bring around and chat for a snack or late night snack. Looking forward to try the smoothies too.
This is going to be a regular spot for me.

love the yogurt but the workers there always have attitude and never seem like they want to be there. i’ve had to stop going because the service is so bad. they never handle the food properly, touching cash and cleaning and then dishing out toppings with no gloves. they roll their eyes and are always rude, especially 2 of the girls who work there. won’t be coming as often anymore even though it used to be a favorite of mine.

Had a very strange experience at this location today. We walk in and talk to a staff member who had a lot of attitude. We place our order and waited as three customers who walked in after us were served before we were.
We waited probably ten minutes before I went up and asked for a refund, because we still hadn’t received the yogurt we paid for. The staff member looked in the computer and saw our order and didn’t realize they didn’t give us it. Two stars for giving us the refund but just a very strange and unwelcoming experience.
Perhaps the staff member was going through something but this was the experience

A must-visit every time I'm in Santa Monica. The flavors are so fresh, and the variety is fantastic! My favorite is the tantric tart, which tastes like lemon pie! Their vanilla is also something special. They have some amazing herbal flavors too, like lavender and fresh mint, that you probably won't see anywhere else. You can even sample all the flavors before you decide. There are lots of toppings to choose from, including brownies!

The people working there are amazing and very friendly. I just personally don’t like the taste of the things there. I have a vegan friend that loves it though.

Was in the neighborhood and stopped in. The shop wasn't busy, but the woman behind the counter kept chatting with her friend, even while making direct eye contact with me, for several minutes. I found this WEIRD. Why stare at me, are you telling me indirectly to leave?? When she finally acknowledged me, her tone was indifferent and unwelcoming. I asked for a sample, which she handed over with clear attitude. Took the sample and left. Won't be back - next time, acknowledge your customers instead of prioritizing personal conversations. And make other women feel welcome if you pride yourself on being women owned - and that also include a person of color. Also the sample was disgusting - I wanted to spit it out tbh., if you eat diary go to Hendals across the street - excellent service.
EDIT. I just read through the reviews and saw another one that says ‘THIS PLACE DOESN'T RESPECT Black and POCs enough so don't give them money.’ - so please consider that review and my review next time you decide to step for in this place.

got the chocolate and the peanut butter. the peanut butter came out as soup. they obliged when I asked for a replacement. but the peanut butter was salty, I feel like that should have been noted on the menu. the soft serve is on the fluffy side.
